Efficient, even when it is packed their system ensures that you dont spend tbe whole dzy waiting in queues.

Good freindly service, I told the gentleman my car, year & model. For new brake pads front and rear. Very helpful, but should have also told me about the sensors needed to go into brake pads. Had to go back to get them the next day. But over all nice place and good parking and nice staff.

Best place to get OEM parts at a good price from professional sales personnel

Never ever ever had any joy when I had to visit Midas Pretoria North. There is no dedicated line for the spare/part counters. You pick a line and if another assistant at a non-line appear, people that came in last can rush to that assistant and be first. Never will they say, join the existing 2 lines and help the people from the front. To stand in a queue for more than 30 minutes for a globe is ridiculous! And this happens every time.

Service was on point. They have a gentleman that walks around the store making sure that you dont stand in the que for something you can just pick up and go check out

Phone just rings and rings and when I eventually get through, I get transferred from one person to the next and eventually get cut off. Tried four attempts and no luck. Not going to waste my time, plenty of other stores to do business with.

Easy people to chat with, treat customers right, gives you proper advice and extend a helping hand in installing car parts like bulbs etc. I recommend them if your this side of Pretoria.

I have been to a couple of Midas shops, but the Pretoria North branch was definitely the most unfriendly of them all. I waited in line for about 10 minutes before l got assisted but, maybe it of my age.

No mechanical assistance nearby but you will find motor spares you looking for.
