I have been a regular client of this service centre for a couple of years now. They have always given me great service and quality work on all of the vehicles that I have sent to them. I have had my own car serviced by them, as well as my grandmothers car and my fiancées car. I will continue to send my new vehicle there when it is time for my next service. The staff are always very friendly and willing to help. They also always let me know exactly what will be needed for the service, and what the costs will be. I have up to date never had a shock when finding out about the cost, as they are very reasonably priced as well.

If zero star rating was part of this rating den Bosch car service would have taken one. Service there is soo terrible. The service consultant who assisted me totally forgot about my car, remembered only when I called to enquire about how far is the service on my car, worse he didnt even acknowledge nor apologize for that. I left my at the workshop at 07h30 and when I got there at 15h30 my car was not even with technician, within 30 minutes my car was apparently ready to drive off.1. He apparently did a major service But signed out for only minor service in the logbook.2. He apparently needed 3 hours to do a service But took less than 30 minutes.3. After each service the must be washed, mine was as it came, I had to take it back the following day.4. I reported the matter on Monday 15 March 2021 But had no response from the management, even the acknowledgement of my email.

Bosch service center gazina.Reconed qashqai turbo. Broke down few km down the line. Took back because of garentee. Waited a month. While test driving they blew cars head gasket and refuses to fix it on their account.

From the start I received patient and excellent service from Karika. My car was fixed and back with me in no time I would definitely recommend them!

I also want to give them a zero rating. Poorest workmanship ever.My bantam went in for diagnostic because my bakkie struggled starting. They told me the problem is 2 sensors that needs changing. After waiting for my bantam a week i finally got it back, but still having the same problem. I took my bantam back to them for another diagnostic as per their request. After waiting another couple of days they got back to me and told me it is a electrical problem, i told them they can go ahead and fix this problem. After a week i got my bakkie back, but still having the same problem. I took my bantam back to them not happy after paying R6000.00. After another couple of days they finally get back to me, but now they tell me it is my gearbox????? I asked them for a full refund because my bantam is exactly the same as before i took it to them. They tell me they will refund me after they have undo everything they did on my bakkie. To be honest i do not know what electrical work they did because they only provided me with a invoice with no job card ect. I asked them to provide me with a job card or anything in writing to indicate the scope of work being done and for which i payed for. Still waiting for something in writing........

They had done a good job on my car. They are pricey and when I took my car back from them, they had left my windscreen wiper flipped back to front and I had to put it back myself and my hubcaps for my car had not been replaced by them as they should have. I reported all these issues to them and I didnt get an apology.My final verdict is that the mechanics do a good job on your vehicle but dont take responsibility for anything else after you car has been fixed. The salesmen need more people skills and learn hour to take criticism (constructive or otherwise).

I had the most incredible experience purchasing my FIRST car at Citton Cars. The Owner himself put so much effort into getting me my perfect car, she was exactly what I was looking for, small and beautiful, the perfect colour, low millage and in spectacular condition. My finance was arranged and finalized in just one day, the entire transaction was done extremely fast and I took delivery of my car the next day. The service centre ensured that my vehicle was 100% before I drove off. I was spoilt with flowers, a nice bottle of wine to celebrate. Overall it was just an amazing, pleasant experience. NEVER again. Engine overhauled. Fix oildipstick tube with lots of silicon. Not all bolts are put back. Lots of engine bolts had to be helicoiled after Bosch worked on the engine. Engine cut out problems solved by other dealer. Engine-mounting bolt missing.Timing gearcover damage fixed with hammer. Old timing chain back on engine.

Brilliant service, for a premium fee they will mess up the most basic of services and still charge you for premium idiocracy. Couldnt fit a simple oil filter properly and put brake shoes on incorrectly. Highly recommended for first class extortion.

So I have been looking for years for a deal. Someone once told me that getting a second hand or sued car should be a great deal, where you get low kilometers, well maintained cars that was driven by a granny and was maintained by the dealer and still had a warranty. Took my car in Thursday for clutch replacement.Came back for my car Friday 4pm, car is not ready. Got through car at 20:30I get home, the fan and radiator are loose and hitting against wires that are loose. The fan stopped working.The pipe to the gasket cover from the air filter is not connected.My car is just a mess. I am so angry.
