The service in this panelbeater is horrible. Our car have since been to HJ Bosch & Sons (Van der Hoff Road) since 12 February 2020, until today we havent received our car. When we went on lock down the car was already over a month in their premises. And its not like it had a huge problem. They resumed for work since 13th of May, since that day our car is on one stage, they keep telling us that its being prepared for pain until today. And this is not the first time, even in 2016 our car was taken there after the accident. We had to wait over 45 days to get our car. Even the 30 days of courtesy car from our insurance lapsed, even now we are experiencing it. I dont have a car and I am an essential worker who have never been on lock down. This is so frustrating. I dont think I would ever allow my car to go to this panelbeater anymore. Im so disappointed and terrified of their service.

My Honda Civic went in for major repairs. HJ Bosch had a tough job on their hands but came out guns blazing. Some touch ups had to be done here and there but brilliant work was done nonetheless. They are professional and well versed in autobody repair.

Stay the hell away from these people, they took extremely long to finish, tell me stories everytime I call to ask on update, sometimes ignore my calls or say they are always busy with another client to avoid talking to me..... I REGRET THE DAY I WORKED WITH THEM.... I have absolutely nothing positive to say about them AT ALL

Work is decent, but the company does not cover third party claims and ask a non-refundable assessment fee of R650 for private quotes.

I had to take my car back 3 times and Im STILL not satisfied with their workmanship. Very disappointing.

The manager has a terrible attitude towards the staff, he fires his staff everyday which is the reason for the poor service on the cars. He certainly has no business ettiqute and i would not advise anyone to take their cars there. None of the staff are qualified so they are taking chances on our cars with inexperienced staff.

My car was in to repair and I waited about a month when I went to fetch my car there were stil problems with the paint so I had to leave my car there for longer I was very unhappy will never go back there
