They did a assessment of the damages to my car for my insurance. Very professional, very fast and friendly. Explained everything in detail, and what they recommend to be replaced/repaired. Insurance company received the assessment within an hour or two. All in all a great and positive experience from a not so great situation.

Bad service. You call for an update on your car they tell you David will call you and you have to wait the whole day. I was told I’ll get my car last friday, today is Monday and still. If you are black they never take you serious. Same thing happen 2018 and I got the same treatment

I took my car for a bumber repair on Monday , Friday they call me in the morning I’ll get my car , suddenly a different guy calls me that my car can’t start , I called back they never answered till they closed , and they left my car on since Friday evening battery died Saturday morning and tracker called me , on Monday when I get there my car engine is being stripped and one part was stolen that I realized later after taking my car , I asked the reason my car was stripped he said the car couldn’t start but I got there and started it without effort , they are thief’s don’t take your car there or you will regret

Take your car in for repairs and after a week they still do not the parts and you are stuck without transport

Very poor service and not at all happy with the workmanship. You ask them to fix one thing and they end up breaking several other things. I was forced to have my car repaired there by my insurer. They had to redo the paint work twice, made me wait 6 months to do the repairs and delivered the car back to me with with rough surfaces under the door handles and mirror caps and over spray on the alloy wheels. On top of everything, the interior is covered with a white residue that I can not get off and it is absolutely everywhere.On the steering wheel, dashboard, trim seats. They should have just left the car damaged, would have been less work for me to do the repairs myself. I hope no ever has the misfortune to end up with this Workshop, Will never recommend them, even to my worst enemy.

The staff is friendly however I was not happy with how long the repairs on my car took and with the repairs themselves. I only needed my boot and bumper repaired because I was rear ended. I had to go multiple times to push them to finish repairing my car after it had been there for almost 6 weeks. Thereafter I had to bring in my car again to rectify the repairs they had done on my car afterwards. They are good people but I will never take my car to get it repaired here or even recommend anyone to them unfortunately.

They are pathetic and has no idea of what is going on. No communication from their side and when you contact them a very arrogant (Karma Marx) administrator will give 100 differing accounts as to the status of your vehicle. Vehicle was sent for repairs on 12 February 2018. Estimated repair time require was 7 days. I received my vehicle on 19 May 2018, more than 3 months later. They were also unable to provide any quality control documentation for work carried out,.

In 2015 I had my car repaired there. A job that should have taken a week turned into 3 weeks and then the bumper and other things did not align. Now I am having to take my car back so that they can repair a misaligned bracket that basically caused erosion over the past 3 years and then caused a hole in my gearbox oil coolant. I am no very happy. Probably going to take another 4 weeks to sort this out as well. Not to mention that they did not replace the headlights correctly so I kept blowing fuses. And also my sump board was not replaced and is literally dragging around under my car. I really dread dealing with them again....

Handed my car over on the 5th of Jan, I was told it would take about 10 work days; it didn’t. They said they would keep my up to date with the progress of my car, they didnt. When we call they keep telling us that we will get my car back later in the week, still havent gotten back. It’s the 22nd of Feb.

I had my car booked in for what was supposed to be a 1-week fix. It ended up taking more than a month. I constantly had to call them only to be put on hold, cut off or told that they would call me back. They never call you back when they promise to. I eventually got my car back but honestly, their customer service is non-existent. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They will fix your car. i have used them a few times and they are adequate to the industry standards and norms. they also have approval for various car brands and with some insurance companies. would say give them a call and see what they quote at rhe very least when shopping around for car repairs ect.

What a nightmare. I fetched the car 3 times before it was fixed. It took 4 months! And today, the bumper fell off and the aircon drainpipe was not put back correctly so the passenger side floor is soaked. Four months! Three times back and forth. Still not correct. I am writing to MiWay now and aksing why they use them.

USELESS!! I honestly have never imagined service like this. While assisting me they run out for an ice-cream! Quite literally... My car had to go back after their QA signed off on it. Even after it went back I had to reject the car numerous times. No updates unless you threaten them. They should be removed from all the panels - the fact that they are on most panels indicates corruption to me... I have dealt with backyard panel beaters with more professional service than these clowns

They just need to communicate better and work on aligning body work. However their paint work is great.

Disappointing when it comes to vehicle repair progress updates. Prepare yourself to rather visit the workshop in person a few times to monitor progress and offer solutions in order to expedite completion of your vehicles repairs.

WORST place ever! Service is non excisting. New paint chipped when I collected my carCar dirty! Even drivers carpet is full of white power! Try to clean my car after I got home. Bumper is still skew. Unbelieveable! Manager David even screamed at me over the phone after I had to phone 5 times!! Stay away from this place!

This is the most unprofessional panelbeater Ive ever experienced. My car has been with them for 2 months and till today they keep telling me they are waiting for parts. They never initiated any correspondence with me, instead I had to keep calling them to find out.

This is the worst pannelbeater I have ever dealt with in my lifetime.. Even after 3 times trying to fix their shoddy work they still did not repair the vehicle properly. The owner makes appointments with me to come and resolve the issue but then do not even pitch up for appointment or even have the decency to call and cancel. My insurer eventually had to send my vehicle to another pannelbeater to get car fixed. Be warned!!!!!!!

Absolutely pathetic ...firstly took a whole month to get booked into the workshop . They took over a month to replace a bumper and rear light that literally gets delivered within days . Absolute garbage , I still don’t have my car .
