Slowest service in Africa. Every teller leaves their brains with the supervisor for safe keeping. Very rude as long as you have a foreign passport.
Was devastated by there service had my ID but not my bank card just need to activate my online daily limit so I could send transport money, its not always youll carry everything with when emgancy come. to be treated like that when you need access to your own money???
Bad, service. it takes 3 months to just update your proof of address. they tell you new thing everyday
