I honestly dont like the store. A friend of mine brought a fridge in march,the fridge stopped working during Lockdown while we were home,we came back about a month ago. cash crusaders has been going in circles on the date they would bring back the fridge. It mentally exhausting really.the communication is very weak.

Once upon a time I bought a dixon wireless mouse herr. Died after a whopping 7 days of moderate use. Shudnt be a problem, I can go back to the store and exchange it right? Wrong. Theres no warranty or guarantee for mice.. Or mouses... Whatever u call it. The moral of the story, dont buy electronic stuff here. Unless ur planning to use it for a day or u just have money to throw around. If the latter is the case, then you might as well make a bonfire. At least then it will provide heat and warmth so its not a total waste.

I bought a second hand playstation 3 which came with one controller. I was told that the warranty is only for six months. Two weeks after, the controller stopped working and we took it back to the the store because it was somehow torn. (The controller initially didnt work while in store, but after changing the slot it worked). When l call to check if they manged to fix or got a controller, l was told that they are still waiting for stock. Four months passed, l went in yesterday (4 October 2019).l first asked if they have controllers for Ps3, l was shown them and then l told them l came to fetch my controller which was taken in 4 months ago. I was told that they do not have records of such and there is nothing much they can do... After a long discussion with one of them, another guy came and comfirmed the controller story but said that they only get Ps3 with one controller and that l must be patient. Now my question is, how much longer because in two months time the warranty will expire. I refused to leave my number, but then one guy named Pule gave me a wireless controller, the shop was already closed, l didnt want to cause drama, l took it, only to find that it is not working when l got home, that means it was a way of removing me from the store. I do not think that is way to treat customers, the worst part, both managers were there but did nothing to adress the matter.There are many young stars with a bright future ahead of them,they better do what is best to avoid ruining their own future with fake goods to customers. Iam not stupid and l cant be given a dead controller just to silence me.Good customer service is lacking in that store, it is only when you buy, not when you have a complain. What must l do with this controller that is not working, l need an answer Cash Crusaders.
