Im really in deferent about my experience. I purchased a few items. It was a first time for me. The assistant didnt really come across as knowing the products. And all of my questions were answered with a. No.Other clients who didnt purchase nearly as many items as I have, and that came in and simply jumped the queue were assisted, with full knowledge of the store assistants.That did determine that I will not be returning to the franchise.

Overall a good place to buy second hand products, bought a Samsung phone and was told there is no charger cable for it, unless I buy a overpriced chinese knockoff cable from them, luckily I had a cable at home

They went completely out of a cash crusaders norm to help me. Allowed me to send a courier service and pay via EFT as I dont live in their province. They whatsapped me pictures to confirm I was happy as well, and to my delight once I recieved it today have thrown in a free cover as well! Pleasant polite and a cut above the rest, I would be happy to deal with Riaan and Thabo any day.PS: that wasnt the best part, the price for what I recieved was unbelievable. Like I think they made a mistake :)

Its a night mare 😴😴😴😴😴 I bought Doodee Y7 three months ago and I lost the changer and the fone does not work properly anymore and they said their cant help me because of the lost changer R1.700 gone the drain because of the lost changer if anyone can help me please the bad part of it I asked them if they can sell me the changer its now from Pilar to post

The product that I bought was more expensive than the same one at various other cash crusaders but the staff were helpful. Think the price was more due to the area so rather go to one in a less affluent area

Very slow. One person to assist. Asked for help and was told hes coming. Staff have no qualms for doing the barest minimal.

I went here in search of a particular new item. The shop is small but well staffed by well branded people. Sadly no single person offered assistance. I soon realised why so much stock was locked up in glass cases!The entire staff were congregated at the pay point area. Not the way to make a business succeed.My experience at Cash Crusaders in Centurion was outstanding following this disappointing experience.

I had a bad experience there but the owner called me and sorted it out... In the end I lost my item but the way he handled it was way better than his manager (Percy)... Thanks again I changed my review on here seeing as all the effort you went through to help me try get my item back

Prices on items are marked wrong. Confirm the price before you pay as they charge more at checkout and do not care about the marked orice on the item.

Called them to tell them we are on our way we are just stuck in traffic and we made it 1 minute before they closed and once we wanted to go in they told us they are closed but with a huge attitude...it is the worst service I have ever had. They are so arrogant and unprofessional.
