Every order placed so far has not been without some sort of hassle. Orders are wrong, more than once. Your staff need to learn to speak clearly as half the time, you cannot hear clearly, you have to ask that they speak clearer or ask them to repeat themselves. Then they get it wrong when they repeat your order back to you. Seriously, learn phone etiquette.

Bad service. Team members with attitude. Waited for my order for more than 45minutes and no one bothered to come and tell me why. People who came after me got their orders faster than me and its not like I was waiting for 10 boxes of pizza. This store has a terrible service. I would never ever suggest this store to my beloved friends. Others were cleaning while I was waiting for my order,you could see that customer service is not their thing. Their packaging was dirty and now that we are in difficult times of covid19 clearly they do not care. Am very disappointed by the standard of this restaurant.

Ordered online. Went in twice for pizza and was told not ready...third time it was cold...so clearly they didnt check properly.

Bad service these days the place is going backwards on quality. Got classic cheese pizza that had park pieces on it even places with chili. Its unacceptable. Have also ordered pizza online then when we come in they say they only made one of the pizzas then we have to wait for the other one. The staffmember also dropped our pizza pie and expected us to eat this. Please organise your staff on ordering system and look at the quality food they make. Until then I will buy elsewhere like at pizza etc.

Their delivery took longer than expected. Asked for 4 extra cooldrinks. 2 cokes, 2 coke zeros and a cream soda. When they arrived I got 2 coke zeros , 2 sprite and 1 coconut pine. The delivery driver told us the shop said that they dont have extra coke to give us but only give cokes to the costumers instore.Why did they let us order coke if we could not get it or why didnt they call us and said they dont have coke and let us choose different types of cooldrinks.One of the pizzas was correct and the other one wasnt what we ordered.

Gluten free tastes great - 4 months ago.I do love Romans Gluten free pizza very much, but after a long lockdown I was so excited to get a pizza. I ordered and upon collection was informed that there was no Gluten free so they made me a thin base. I am allergic so Gluten free for me is not a choice. I was disappointed again.I still love your pizza but please can we get it right....... 🙏🏻.

Power outage in Potchefstroom with Romans Pizza as one of the only Fast Food outlets with power and the best service ever. The ladies serving at the counter have the most amazing personalities and were so joyfully happy and friendly and we were served in our own language Afrikaans. Very impressed with the pizzas and their assistance. We will definitely be back next time ......

After ordering, wasting my airtime I was told that they do not deliver. Considering that I asked if ever they do deliver before putting in an order.

When something costs R71.80 or R21.90 then the cashiers round up and thus steal money from clients. Very unethical. Also, once pizza is done it stands for about 5 to 10 mins before they call out the slip. I had to go to the cashiers and ask for my order after they completely missed my order and called out order after mine... if i wanted cold pizza i would order from MrD. Cashier also chased me out of store even though i was just standing inside, out of the cold wind, respecting social distancing. There were only about 5 people in the shop including me.... wont support this branch ever again. Wasnt the first time bad service has been received here.

Please change your times on the website. I drove 87km just to be told that they are closing at 8. And on the website is 9 o clock. You waisted my time and gas money to come to romans for nothing.

Romans always has yummy pizzas. Just been a little too oily for my taste these past few years. Tangy Russian is my favourite, but Im resorting to other pizza places because its just a bit too oily for me.

Ordered online at 12:00 to pick up a chicken salad at 13:30. Giving enough time therefore. 13:35 I came to pick my order up just to hear “sorry it hasnt been made”. What is the use of ordering ahead then. Pathetic. Is it so difficult to get a simple order correct??

Good pizza. Queues can be really long and very disorganised during peak times. No proper queuing system in place, people just bunch around the counters. A queuing ticket would make for an excellent improvement.

Out of all the pizza places, i highly recommend this place, best pizza, good prices, i have been at many pizza places, and other romans places too, i will still stick with this romans
