I used Entrutech as local agent for the installation of Vumatel fibre, with Vox as ISP. This was a very good decision, since Vumatel does not have a customer service option and Vox is poor in reaction directly with customers. Entrutech took over the customer service and continued to put pressure on Vox and Vumatel until they installed and activated the fibre and internet services. It would have been time consuming and stressful without their assistance. Monique handled my queries patiently and kept me up to date, while the owner, Réno, also directly kept me up to date whith the progress of the installation. Thanks!
