Food was great and the staff friendly. Price was just right for me.

A visit to Panarottis can satisfy anyone who wants pasta or pizza. The atmosphere is pleasant, the service friendly and efficient. The special pizza - wood oven thin crust with pine apple and pepperoni - tasted nice. Price are reasonable.

Absolutely poort service and the food ia bad. No pizza base. Thinner than a knife... Verry disappointed. 3 pics vs what n pizza should look like.

I visited this restaurant today and was shocked by the service attitude. It wasnt a busy period and most of the waiters were congregated around the entrance. One waiter pointed me to a table which I occupied. Then the staff practically ignored my presence and only after a few minutes elapsed did the same person approach me and ask if I had been helped. That was extremely rude. Definitely not going to this place again.

They delivered burnt pizza to me with a crust as thin as a sheet of paper. When I phoned them in less than an hour of the delivery to complain their phones merely went to voice mail. Pathetic service!!!

They have what you need in terms of a pizza and pasta place, good food and friendly service.Just thought Id also mention that they do not have outside seating or a smoking section.

Definitely one of my favourite pizza restaurants! They have a wide variety of very tasty pizzas. The specials often make for excellent value-for-money (the restaurant can sometimes be quite busy when specials are on). Service at this specific restaurant has always been efficient in my experience.

Personally my wife and I love the large indoor play area for our small children. It is the reason we are willing to pass by any other restaurants. The food is decent and the staff friendly, but the play area that can give us some quality time is what sets it apart from the rest.

They do live up to their promise, they make incredible Pizza.Great value for money.On the downside;1. Their Gluten-free pizza is only available on Large, nothing bigger.2. We have gotten so used to getting a small cups of Garlic, Chilli and Parmesan. But now parmesan is being replaced with some sauce, that Im not even sure whether it contains Wheat flour (Gluten) or not.Please quit cutting costs guys.

I love pizza and what a better way to enjoy a meal with the massive Thursday special - eat as much as you like. It is not only the quantity that I enjoy but the massive variety of pizza that I can enjoy in one sitting! Big ons family big on pizza - you go!

Very unsatisfied with the quality of this particular Panarottis. I always order the mexicana pizza and the chicken mayo pizza, because its perfect for my tastes but out of 8 times they only got it right ONCE! Either they forget the topings for the mexicana which is garlic, ranch dressing and shredded chillies and when I go back to enquire about it I always get a disgusted response or when I order in, the pizza has almost no topings overall. I pay for a pizza I see on the menu not a piece of dough with a spoon or too of mince and thinking I wont notice that the shredded chillies are just shredded green pepper with chilli oil. Wont be getting any money from me in the forseable future. Maybe good place for a beer or two but wont recommend their food or service at all!

I dont understand how standards could sink so low so quickly. When my family and I entered no one helped us, so we tried to find our own seat. Then a girl came and scorned us, telling us this was reserved (she was one of the people just standing at the till, not helping anyone). Then we had to go upstairs. It was horrible. The people next to us screamed all the time. Our food took a ridiculously long time to arrive. When we were finally done and leaving we saw the seat we previously tried to sit in, which was big enough for six people and we were five, was occupied by two people. That was rather insulting.Basically, it was loud, uncomfortable, some of the staff was rude and little consideration will be given to anyone who eats here.

Wow, i am very impressed!!* First of all the *COFFEE* there is GREAT!!!* A new coffee machine was an incredible investment! Secondly their free sauces and toppings are of very high class, not holding back on serving clients the utmost top class in a family restaurant. I often feel like opening my own restaurant because of my experiences regarding quantity and quality in comparison with the prices, thinking Ill easily become rich. But with Panarottis I felt like I got more than I paid for. That was GREAT!!*Thank you Panarottis Potchefstroom!!!

The food is very good SOMETIMES if the the pizza is not dry and the waiters have a bad attitude. The service is very bad. Thank you for the good food but thumbs down 2 the waiters and waitresses.

There was no aircon on the top level, which just happens to be the level with the play area. No windows that could open, I felt like I was suffocating. It may have been a once off situation, I will visit again.

Dirty little restaurant this. Pieces of food from previous night was scattered between booths. Smoking section can be smelled all the way through to the nonsmokers section and children have to walk past this area. Great pizza though.

Good food friendly service, but became crazy expensive. Not even wood fire pizzas, your prices just too high for what you get. Recommend to only go there for a special, unless you want to pay!

The staff are very friendly. The manager works just as hard as the waiters which is an improvement compared to other fast food franchises where the managers are usually absent.The food was really appetizing and mouth watering.

Had to wait even longer for 2 pizzas we ordered the kids with our drinks. Did not see the waiter accept for taking drinks order, food order, food delivery and bringing bill. Sat there for 30 minutes with empty cups/glasses.New menu also very limited.Will not see me again!

We waited for ever for a waiter to assist us while the waiters were playing video games in the kids play area, the food that we ordered was not up to standard, my Pizza had 3 pieces of chicken on 3 slices, the rest only had cheese on and also the crust recipe is not the same, why change things that works, its good to reinvent yourself but the menu changed too much, why change the original way if it worked for so long.

Ordered take away pizzas and was told the order would be ready in 25 minutes. After 45 minutes we had to wait another 5 min. Food was ok but manageress seemed very inexperienced and looking for excuses. Two stars only due to food.

No nothing. Manager only came to clear the table.2021-07-12 Hence why I complained and therefore decided to give you one star. It took TWO YEARS to give feedback on my review. I love their breakfasts and especially their breakfast pizza.............................The staff is friendly and helpful but sometimes overworked........................There is always a great atmosphere and its an excellent venue for birthdayparties and business meetings............My favorite at Panarottis is the caesar salad and avo del mare which have not changed in 20 years.
