Amazing reception from walking in the doors. We were greeted by a beautiful lady and which seated us. Then we occurred an even friendlier waitress. Order our meals and ìt was amazing. Then the manager named Marelize came to check on us to ask if we were happy with our order. Albuquerque Spur management and staff you are the most amazing spur I have visited to date..Thank you for the time we have spent in your town..

Stood outside for 30 min waiting to be seated and not once a Spur employee came to say how long it will still be for our table. With lack of service we eventually left and went to another establishment.

Was sitting in smoking area, service good, but then they put group of about 15 young boys in smoking area... talking laughing and cursing so hard.. and they just got each a draught beer..we did not even finish food there..told manager..but no reply..just walk away. Disappointed

One of my favourite breakfast places, well maintained, sufficient parking, kiddies area, enough seating place and amazing atmosphere.

I visit my dad in the old age home every second weekend. I usually stop at the Spur to buy some burger spevial for me and the old man. This morning I phoned the Spure while already underway and I spoke to Nadia. She booked the takeaway meal for me ready for collection when I got to Potch. This was such a pleasant venture. Nadia was professional, extremely helpful and just a pleasure to speak to. When I collected, she immediately knew whi I was and she had compassion for my 93yr old dad that I came to visit. This lady is a keeper and an asset to this Sur franchise

Good food. Love the vegan schnitzel. I just dont understand why they didnt make the schnitzel apart of the R50 student special. They said it was to expensive, but that is ironic because the actual chicken schnitzel and every other schnitzel is more expensive than the vegan one 🤷🏻‍♀️😏🤔

Meh. It was ok. What bothered me however is the level of cleanliness of the store. You can see that the windows have not been washed in quite some time, the tables are sticky, there is food shoved under the benches where we were seated, the COVID dividers are dirty... It makes me question what the kitchen looks like, and avoids me wanting to order food. The bathroom was also not clean. The Pee-Mats used in the urinals are placed on top of walls, and there was 1 lying behind the toilet? Why would that be? There is a checklist for hourly cleaning behind the door as the standard states, but it is blank. We were there at 3pm, and the last time it was completed was 10am the day before...Had a texan fried chicken burger (my absolute favourite every time I go to any spur) and was a bit disappointed. Parts were really crispy, almost to the point of being burnt, and the chili sauce that goes with it was missing. My drink was also hot, and my chips cold.This store has the potential to be a gold mine, and its the basics that lack. Details count. Staff stand around as it is not really busy. Maybe put them to work cleaning in the meantime.

The service is not good anymore. In fact, it has now become so bad that I have decided to never go here again. Really really bad. There were only about 7 tables in the entire restaurant and yet we waited 20 minutes for the kids meal and 39 minutes for a starter (garlic bread roll). Nah, I dont need this...

What a pleasant experience!It is what you would expect of any Spur in the Country, clean compared to most I visited though.Upon arrival we were greeted by the waiter as well as the manager.Service from the waiter was adequate, there is nothing more irritating than a over eager waiter bothering you every 5 min. We were served just the right amount of times.The place mats, cutlery, glasses and plates were all aligned right. One of the plates was placed with the logo upside down, but it didnt kill anyone.As usual I ordered the Vegetarian burger and decided to option for the vegetables instead of fries and onion rings. The soy patty was cooked perfect, not dry or hard which is usually the case with vegetarian meals at other restaurants.The vegetables, not far away with comparing to grannys, need I say more.And for the price, Im sure you wont find anyone unhappy with a Monday Burger Special.

A great place to spend some quality family time together with relatives. Service is quick, friendly and efficient. Playground facilities are adequate for any discerning child. There is a nice cozy atmosphere and its never busy or packed. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of life and relax, this place is highly recommended.

The atmosphere is friendly and well lit. We did receive two wrong orders that initially soured some of the experience, but the staff were friendly enough and the overall experience was pleasant. The waiters were relatively readily available, but interactions seemed unnecessarily hurried. It was relatively busy on both occasions we visited, but not overly so. In the end it is still one of the better Spur outlets I have visited and I would still recommend it. The quality of the food was above average overall.

I ordered food from spur using mr. delivery. Spur did not confirm the order ( after payment and waiting 10 minutes) , the order was cancelled. Poor service if you take into account that someone has just to push a button.

I previously gave a 1 star rating and an extrememly unforgiving review (see below the line) because of a bad experience.I am now upgrading my rating to 4 stars because Ive been back to this Spur about 10 times since then and I honestly have to say that Spur is still fantastic value for money, especially in terms of breakfast. The staff are friendly and quick and the food is delicious.I would give 5 stars if not for the condescending car guard that has usurped the premises.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1. Three people ordered burgers simultaneously but they were delivered in separate time frames. The third meal came 20 minutes after the first meal.2. We received frozen guacamole on our bacon and guacamole burgers. Also the bread was noticeably stale and old.3. It took another 20 minutes to have this fixed.

I like that it is a little out of the hustle of town, creates a very nice atmosphere, safe parking, great food as always at Spur. The staff is particularly friendly and professional, going the extra mile for sure. I prefer this one

Our family love this restaurant. It is a little out of town and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. They have ample space for the children to play and the menu good.A family friendly place, with a safe play area for children. Give this place a try next time you want to take the family out.

We come here almost every Sunday night for a student special which is amazing.They are understaffed on Sundays witch is understandable. But their waiters make up for it.Only recommendation is to try and prep for the Sunday night rush.

Waiter brought Special and not right order what we paid for in end. If not so busy I would have put this under Managers attention as the till/paying area was full of people standing waitkng to pay.Also waiter said cheese out of ???stock and slapped 2 slices of sandwich cheese seperate on sideplate. (No CeddarMELT)!!Potato so cold that butter remains solid inside it. Was send back to warm up...As for ?Sirloin the fat was 1/5 of the meat if not 1/4.Will not go back soon...but it was busy and seems to be child friendly.
