Its generally speaking a nice quiet bar were you can go to enjoy some banter with friends and family while playing a game of pool. You can braai and the service is nice aswell so I recommend this country lodge😁

It was ok there was a big dead spider on the wall so that tells that the cleaners is not doing a good job at cleaning there was lots of ant in the place.

Excellent service! Ive arrived after 19:00 on the 25th due to a car failure, the staff assisted me immediately, theyve prepared a room for me and made sure Im fine. They all are very friendly and helpful. This is the place to book yourself, the rooms are clean and neat, they serve amazing breakfast.

Im glad Im getting to write a review about Kumkani. Ive been visiting this place over the past 5 years. It used to be thee place when I travel to potch or Klerksdorp. Ive repeatedly visited over 6 times now The last time I visited I knew Id NEVER go back again. It feels like they do not care anymore!.. the environment is not taken care of, the pool was filthy, the mini bar services they had in rooms was no longer there. Charging R1300 with no WiFi connectivity. Coffee station in the room had 1 small bottle of water and 1 mini milk serving which is not even enough for 1 cup. Ive never had an issue with their brown linen or towels before but recently with all the bad service I found that to be below standard too!.. breakfast is also too basic for R1300 charge. Its a kind of breakfast you get at a R500 a night kind of BnB. Bad experience!

I arrived at the accommodation on Sunday the 15th July at 16:40. I had to wait outside the accommodation for a half an hour as there was no people on the property. I called the number on my itinerary and the lady said she would be there in 5 minutes. She only arrived there in 15 minutes. Upon her arrival she handed me the keys to my room and pointed me in the direction of the room. She did not accompany me to the room to show me around (seeing as I was the only person there). When she gave me the keys and told me which direction to walk she then told me I can call her on her cellphone if I need something. She then proceeded to leave the property. She left me completely alone on the entire property for the whole night. A woman who is in a place she doesnt know and with no people there, I felt very unsafe. I was so disappointed as I asked her just before she left if I am the only person on the property and she said yes, but thats fine. Its not fine you dont leave your clients alone from the moment they arrive to the next morning that is unacceptable. I will never return to this place as their service is atrocious and there facility is dirty. There was a kettle in the room for you to make your own coffee or tea with. I took pictures of it. The filth sitting in the kettle was so disgusting. The sink in the bathroom was also dirty. I wish I could give them a 0 stars but you dont give that option. I would never recommend them to any of my colleagues family or friends, as I travel for work purposes and our company frequents this area. The only good thing I can say is the kitchen staff were friendly (the chef, and two ladies who helped me by warming the cold coffee the next morning).
