Very tranquil, peaceful and beautiful. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. The fact that our breakfast was delivered to our room was amazing!! I have a dairy allergy and they went out of their way to make sure I had a lovely breakfast with lots of variety. We truly enjoyed our stay!!

We were completely wowed by Honeywood and the Cellar at Honeywood. The accommodation is amazing, spacious and beautiful. I didnt expect the luxury and comfort that we got! The food was off the charts delicious, and I didnt think I was capable of eating as much as I did in a 24 hour period, but I just couldnt stop! Im so glad we were advised to visit this amazing place and I cant wait to go back! The Spa... well... Ive been to more than a few in my life but this trumped them all. Treetops, birds, the wind and gentle scents from the amazing spa products made me feel like I was in a little piece of heaven. What a perfect place! Thank you all for a most amazing experience!

Honeywood is a gem on the South Coast. The rooms are comfortable and the spa experience was good. The main attraction, however, is The Cellar restaurant. We found it outstanding. Look out for their combo specials

Honeywood Forest Lodge is a hidden gem of the South Coast. The chalets are nestled in the forests, they are simple, comfortable and clean. All the staff are friendly and professional. And the food is absolutely delicious.

The Cellar is the best restaurant on the South coast of KZN. Will be back soon. Chalets are very comfortable and clean, the staff is very friendly and you get the best service from them.

A shockingly beautiful place in a seemingly average neighborhood nestled in a garden forest you have amazing self catering accommodation and a beautiful restaurant that cooks the best duck i have ever tasted in my LIFE with a fantastic wine selection and an amazing team of staff who makes you feel like you are doing the best fine dining in the world i highly suggest this for a couple who wants a night out its not really the type of setup for kids this is as smart as it gets in south Africa and trust me i have been around

An exquisite morning spent with my partner at Honeywood for half day spa packages. The staff were professional and welcoming, the setting was serene with a lush garden and beautiful birdsong soundscape; we felt like we were in paradise! The three course lunch after our treatments was sublime. We can’t wait to return to this extraordinary establishment.

What a little gem of a find for a spa. We just wanted a quick little pamper and that is exactly what we got. Outside on the balcony in the trees listening to the birds. Was idyllic.

We had the best time. Gorgeous treatments at the spa, really comfortable accommodation and delicious supper in the restaurant with really great staff. Definitely worth it.

Our self-catering accommodation had everything you needed and was clean and tidy. Breakfast was brought down to the room daily. The Forest Spa is very well priced with their services and beauty products. Well worth a visit.

Very peaceful and tranquil. The staff and owners are very accommodating and do all they can to make the visit enjoyable. There is a swimming pool available for use until 6pm and a restaurant on the premises with awesome dishes prepared by a qualified chef.

Lovely big rooms, great for families, but not for small kids and people who need assistance when walking. Quiet environment, gives a great nights sleep! Room service breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit and yogurt, perfect soft eggs, saugages and bacon... Lovely hosts and the on site restaurant is excellent! The food and service was perfect, definitely worth your while, a must!

Yet another fantastic stay at Honeywood, stopped along the way heading to Durban. It is very rare to feel at home in a guesthouse, but here it felt as if it were my own house! This place has all you need - free WiFi, an on-site restuarant and a Spa! I will definitely be returning next time Im in Port Shepstone!
