Make sure you order 2 x quarters or half a chicken if you have quite a good appetite (like me). Lol. Jokes aside, the quarter is really much smaller now. Hot is no longer as hot and extra hot is perfectly yum!! I always ask for extra sauce🔥 Service was great, neat & clean seating area. Ill visit again😉

I have always loved the veggie burger from nandos but this branch’s food every time I have attempted anything from there has been terrible!!! Chicken neck or spine in my veggie burger this last time! Was screamed at by the manager for going to social media when all we did was private message nandos head office directly and still waiting for feedback! Very disappointing and I will never attempt them again. Get your veggie burger from Tiago’s! Much better and absolutely yummy!!!

Terrible Service! I ordered online 2 hours ahead hoping not to wait, we waited for almost 30 minutes, then they bring an incomplete order. The place was empty so you cant blame it on being busy. Service delivery needs a serious upgrade here!!!

We bought some takeaway chicken and chips. The food was prepared very well and was delicious, the Nando style! However, a lot more can be done to improve the service. First, the food preparation took rather long (anything can be blamed on COVID these days perhaps!). Then there was a guy struggling to pack our food... He blew my mind. I forgave him because I just said to myself, He must be new and still on training (although he didnt have a trainee badge).

We ordered, paid and our food was given to us. Not even once did someone come to check on us...we needed something to drink but couldnt find a waiter or waitress insight to call. Disappointed. But the food was amazing! The service though...must be worked on.

The incompetency of the the people who were serving me at this place cannot be compared. I love Nandos and never did I see this type of service. First I buy a full chicken meal at mild and then a quarter chicken and chips meal at hot as one order. They give me my order and only then they told me the sauces are finished. So I must go eat a plain green salad. Ok I irritatedly accept the order and left. When I get home the extra piece I ordered was not there. I couldnt go back as i stay about 2 hour drive from port shepstone. The plus I can give was that I forgot my wallet on the counter and this other cashier lady came running behind us to restore it back to me. So thank you for that!

Nandos was value for money. Not anymore. Prices need to be reviewed especially in comparison to Chest Nyama, Africaz and Kolays. Serious rethink required.

Very disappointed.. I drove from durban only to stop at nandos for my early dinner only to be told we cant eat in.. That too only after we ordered. That was cool.. Took the meal to the resort only to find out the coleslaw i ordered wasnt in... Rather far to go back for it. But on my way back i wil stop n let them know. Tnx
