Placed an order at 11.15 to collect 12.15. . Got there 12.40 to collect and it hadnt been done yet. However they did a service recovery by doing order while I waited instead of being pushed back in queue

I waited more than 30 minutes for my order of streetwise 3 and a zinger meal. Soda fountain out of order. Got a dumpy in stead. Asked for regular coke, got sugar free. Got home and realised they never gave me the chips with the meal. Grrr!!!

Chicken is usually good and beeing a regular customer I have never had a problem with the food. The service on the other hand can be slow at times and can take up to 20minutes for them to prepare your meal.

Horrible, waited 30min for my order, they only started with the crusher when I queried, left out the spoon and straw, when I asked for them they told me to look inside the packet again, it must be there! I had to empty the entire bag out in front of them to show them the spoon and straw were not inside before they gave them to me. They, however, found that amusing
