The Builders Trade by Marburg is located near N2 and is very easy to get into it and also their building tools are very good in terms of quality,so is the right place to buy

Love this shop, they have everything and it is very nicely kaid out.

Very large well stocked store. They were also quite helpful. .. The odd thing is you seem to first drive into what looks like a truck loading area, and then through a palisade gate on the side for the customer section. The security guard saw my hisitation and directed me through 😅

Location is good, but most stuff are either not offered at all or out of stock . Like for instance if you want to buy something online which may be available in other regions i can definitely assure you that you wont find it in this outlet.

Very very very disappointing place, the branch manager has little to no experience in his job and customer service...he is such a rude and miserable person....i would never suggest that branch to anyone...cause the whole atmosphere when you walk in that shop is dead and if you ask for something you can see that you most probably are interrupting them....oh and always no stock??? Rather go to the Shelly Branch there you get customer service and friendly people!!

Useless. Thought you guys were the best in kzn. Thought wrong, probably the worst i have ever been to. Your trade counter today was the worst 2 people to have there. The guy is slow and cant even find prices on his computer, that lady is rude and cant explain what is actually happening without getting angry and rude. If Pam was there we wouldnt have had an issue. Dont be quick to blame this pandemic on lack of stock and deliveries when every other branch doesnt. FYI I had been by the counter for over 10 minutes and got nowhere with pricing. Emailed the Hillcrest branch and had a reply and prices within an hour.

Paid for items just to find out that they dont have it, with the refund they put stock not required instead of selling stock we dont have, had to go to another place to buy, will not bother to buy from here again. Manager said that is how they do it.
