Service OK if you go into the shop but if you phone and want prices a different story, Had times that i have sent 10 to 20 whatsapps to get my prices but with success. Even had area managers involve but still same problems day or 5 later. Pls start looking after your contractor

Well stocked with building materials and goods. Staff are friendly and helpful. Items on the shelves need to be priced - entire rows of goods were lacking price stickers.

Very helpful have extras that are not found at the run of the mill chain suppliers. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pity they closed their carpentary workshop...!!

I order some barge boards and paid for delivery. Delivery was promised for Saturday morning early but to no avail..only received it way after 12h00 after numerous calls. Not impressed at all.
