The experience was good in that the pizzas were good. Unfortunately, like their cousins Debonairs, they need a lot of patience. I do prefer the Hut over their rivals at Savannah though.

Will increase my rating once their online/app orders do deliver my pizza and their driver(s) deliver me a circular pizza and not a messed up pizza.EDIT: from 3 to 1 star. Completely unreliable service and delivery. Business is operational from 9am however since the business employs only one driver, free delivery is only available at 11am. Allegedly because the driver comes in to work at his own time and so dont expect timeous delivery from this place.

We have ordered from here twice now and we have ordered the same pizzas. Both times the pizzas were missing the SAME ingredients. Its like these ppl dont know what is supposed to be on their own pizzas! Very poor and LAZY service!

Worst service I have ever had and its worse it was from the so-called manager himself. I ordered pizza and wen my order came, it came in a smaller box than wat I normally get. I inquired abt the order if the right and the manager decided to make a mockery out of me and my daughter. I left the store feeling humiliated as other customers were now laughing. Big fat shame to the poor service and the manager🤥

This is the worst place I have ever been ordering food from. The half an hour that Ive been standing there waiting to collect my food you did not clean up the counter once where you had prepared the pizzas on. You use the same lid around the pizza that you had been using for the other pizzas before that there is so much sauce on that lid now you ceep reusing it. The meat that had fallen on the counter you throw it back into the bucket to put on another pizza. As well as the pizza cutters you keep on reusing it without cleaning it. Cant you just take one minute after preparing the pizza and clean up before you do the next one. This is the most unsanitary place that I have ever seen. Really after so many negative reviews cant you do something about it

The music is extremely loud, you cant hear what the staff is saying and arrogant staff. Not a family friendly environment

Ordered online, food wasnt even ready hours later when I arrived to collect. I was then advised to wait ten minutes while they prepare because they hadnt seen the order on their system, this turned into another twenty minutes. Service wasnt impressive at all. A lot more attention to customer service needs to be applied. Im disappointed in myself for going even after reading all the terrible reviews.. oh and to top it all off, chicken and mushroom pizza without any mushrooms 🤔😕

Takes 45min to make a Small pizza... with the promise time of 15min??While im am sitting in the restaurant the delivery guys does not want to deliver the pizza to client? Thats maybe why the online order with delivery take so long??Note to you: Do not talk trash about a client ... nor while other clients can hear you??

Terrible service! We first tried oredring to collect on the APP to no avail, we then tried calling the number to no avail. When you get to the store theor replt is eish Your staff at the Polokwane branch need to be trained! Either they are undertrained or just dont care. You want to order a family box meal with extra crust, cheese chips to be told they dont know what the family box meal is 😱 where it is printed and displayed everywhere!! Then you get told you cannot order the crust or cheesy chips. I dont understand!! Really am very dissapointed in our first try at Polokwane Pizza Hut what a dismal affair indead. Pizzas were unapetizing to say the least.

Had a good experience. Staff were friendly. The pizza was delicuous. The wait is long though.

Waited 45 mins for delivery. When inquiring they said that their online services dont work. Why is that not advertised on their social media etc? Pathetic. Pizza hut shouldnt allow the order to be placed in the first place if it doesnt work.

Bought 3 pizza’s- no cheese- did not put our extra toppings on will never buy at Pizza Hut Polokwane again..very disappointed and disgusted.
