We have been craving some mouth watering meals and they exceeded our expectations. I like me some meat and they gave me a whole lot of that. The service is amazing, we had a better time. Im not a pizza person but this pizza had a secret weapon, like it was perfect. Until next time keep it up.

I had the Balsamic Beef pizza. The Beef strips tasted like I imagine old shoes to taste, terrible. Once taken off, the pizza was decent. I may try it again, but Ill substitute the meat. 3/5 for food (being generous actually).Donald was my server. He was really brilliant. Suggesting I move my car to safer parking. Great service. Ill go back when Im in Polokwane again. Will try something else instead because of Donalds service. 5/5 for staff and management.

Friendly staff, i love their cocktails and they make the yummiest pizza. The view from the top is amazing and its perfect for a lunch or dinner date.

One of your waiters was very rude to us because we didnt have money for his tip. It was unnecessary for him to be so mean. I am not planning on coming there anytime soon because of how badly that particular waiter treated us.

The atmosphere is calm and the waiter was friendly. They still serve Horlicks which is a huge plus. I have ordered a pizza and it was truly tasty. It tasted more home made which is more like my taste. The rum and raisin milkshake was very nice, not too sweet. I received my food in a reasonable time.Would recommend to anyone!

The service is bad. Been here 3 times and each time we sit for an hour not being attended to. The cocktail was too sweet i had to take it back 3 times. The food was cold i had to ask them to warm it and wait another 30 minutes.

Beautiful Ambience. Delicious food and friendly Staff. Lovely decor as well. Clean rest rooms.The Oxtail ratio was not enough, considering it was suppose to be the star of the dish. The meat portion was more like a starter than a main course. That was my only let down.Their Choccochino is the BEST!

The food was absolutely terrible and when we asked to so see the manager (Whos name we were told was Suzan) by one of the waiters she refused to see us and said she was busy and had no time for us. We left with no resolution being made and Im sure Ill never set foot near cappuccinos ever again! I dont think therell ever be words to express the utter dissapointment that i got from cappuccinos mall of the north! Ive read the other reviews and i must say...it doesnt look like they take customers seriously over there 🙄

Received the worst service ever. Was even served an expired juice for a 3 year old, the other juice had toothpick and grains of rice inside which makes me question the hygiene on food preparation. The store was busy wich i understood but by the time we were served our orders were wrong and undercooked.

Definitely overhyped. The food is so so so basic, dont let the name and the set-up fool you. KFC makes better Wings than them.We had mojitos with old and dead mint leaves and a lot of some overpowering lemon juice, with tap water!We were so disappointed. Our waiter got 2 of our meals wrong. The tables are not cleaned quickly, you sit then only after they clean the table. It was a terrible experience.Rather get yourself some Nandos or one of the bigger restaurant chains. Save your money and taste buds.

Good ambiance but disappointing food and average service. The place has no backup power during load shedding so diners sit in the dark without air conditioning, unlike the other nearby restaurants. If dining in Polokwane, there currently far better options.

My family spent the whole night with stomach pain due to the food. Food was rotten.

Date: 09.09.2020. I had a really bad experience with Cappuccinos food although the service was ok. I ordered beef lasagne and it came back 20% spaghetti, 15% mince and the rest was cheese. I asked them to correct it and they did that. However, I did not finish the meal and asked for a doggy bag. When I got home late in the evening, I warmed it, put a bit of mayo and just when I was about to eat, I found an entire 5cm orange plastic. I dont know how they missed it but really it was disgusting. Tomorrow morning Im planning on returning their food and telling them how disappointed I am with their service. Im an unhappy customer😩

We were at Cappuccinos at mall of the north, polokwane. The service is average. What really frustrated us, we ordered 2 kiddies juice for our little ones. The kids drank the juice but complained that they were not nice, but insisted on having our drinks instead, to my surprise the juices had expired in October and we went there in November. Come food time, you would swear that they were prepared hours or day before and left in the open. We have been to different cappuccinos but the Mall of the north one no never again. The manager was called, immediately when she stepped on our table they increased the volume so other customers dont hear iur complaints lol she was not even interested 🤣

What a poor service. Waited 45 for a wings n rib combo order. Nkwe the waiter repeatedly served the opposite of what weve ordered. Management pls train your staff.Very dissapointed.

The restaurant is quiet and not too busy. and I liked it because I was there with my husband so we had a chance to talk and enjoy ourselves. What a disappointment. Ordered cujan chic salad. Very tasty but no salad dressing. Wife took chic livers. Overdone with tomato paste. Main was prawns for her. Prawns was nice but chips was cold and they added crisps, so 2 portions of chips. Very dull looking plate and taste to match. My main was short rib with 2 veg. Spinish was great. Butternut good, but meat was dry, tough and a total disappointment. Presentation was 2 containers with veggies and 4 strips of grilled, partly burned, dry pieces of meat on the plate with no sauce or garnishing. I was really looking forward to a nice evening with good food after the lockdown. We are very disappointed.on a plus. Good service and clean restrooms

So yesterday i took my mom out for lunch and being the first time for myself at this particular Cappuccinos restaurant as Im from out of town, I build a huge expectation of the place which was met and the service wasnt bad. Well until later that day me and my mom had bad reaction to the food. Dont how or why bad we havent been too good. Advise, please check the quality of your food but apart from that great place.

I keep giving this place a chance thinking it would get better😔, the service is never consistent and they are never full but the service you get is the type youd expect when the place is full. Super disappointed.

You visit twice or more in a week, youre a regular. The staff remembers your drinks and where you like to sit. Pleasant place, its definitely on my must go list for anyone knew in Polokwane or visiting.

The service we received was okay. Just okay.The food was, fortunately, superb. I don’t think one will go wrong going there alone or in a group - having gone with a group I was able to taste a variety of meals on our table and would recommend anything from their pizzas, Strombolis or steaks (can’t speak for the pasta).The restaurant layout on the mezzanine is okay - with the view from there being something to look forward to (with the skylight just adjacent).This restaurant will be my go to place when I am in the Polokwane area.

The staff here is great. Theyre friendly and always serve with a smile. No wonder they outlived many restaurants at the mall (including their fallen former neighbours Primi Piatta snobs). The menu is very good. The food is great. I love their cocktails and they serve a mean red velvet cake. Definitely a must - visit.No halal, no lactose or gluten free.

So recently the revamp happened... with new management etc etc.... i stopped eating here a long time ago because of the food and service but was told to try it because a friend had a great experience after the facelift. First time was good food and service was very good borderline excellent. Today was my second time and its gone back to the old cappucinos style. Food was sub par at best. Service is the only thing going for this place. Food is really not good. I guess some places will never learn...

The worst service I have ever had at any Cuppuccinos in SA.Food was not good.Rump steak tuff. T-bone was half fat.Orders were incomplete.On top of this I get charged a 10% service fee because we were 8 people at the table.We waited an hour for our food.

Fresh moist chicken with a crispy outside and the bazil mayo is exquiste, as would my friend Virginia say!Staff is friendly and professional, The manager came to see if all was well... I am new to Polokwane and will definitely bring my friends! Leaving the 5th star for my next visit to see if the bathroom door is fixed... Otherwise, well done! 👌
