Good customer service and taste food. Served hot

This is always my favorite place in the area especially for coffee but I got disappointed last night around 19:00 when I came for some coffee and cake, from the first cup they brought I could see it was not prepared right and requested they make it again, the second one I took as it was take away but still didnt have the usual coffee taste, it was better I made myself a cup of Jacobs or Nescafe gold at home. Please service your machine or properly train your staff.

You can never go wrong... But problem is I was in a hurry and they over charged me for the muffins.... Bought 4muffins but they charged me 140 which was more of wat I was supposed to have paid

We loved it! The waiter and the manager we very friendly and well mannered. The cake was out of this world. Definitely a place to go to where one is treated with respect. Five full stars!

I love this breakfast place. The food is great and service is always very good. Although it is not just for breakfast. The coffee is outstanding and the range of juices.

Had a cuppacino. No free biscuit because baker is day off. However manager replaced cookie with full sized cookie. Well done on catering for your customers. Breakfast was excellent. Walter the waiter was very good.Will see you again!

I live for Mugg & Bean breakfasts and the Savannah mall branch has never disappointed me. I could live on their south african farm breaky.

I went to Mugg&bean Savannah Mall on Saturday and had their pepper steak with pie which was so horrible. It had zero flavour, it lacked seasoning and the meat was tough.

The place was quite. Social distancing. Sanitizers before entering the restaurant. Thanks that the sanitizer is managed by one person and not everyone who enters the restaurant.Good fresh food, friendly service. Thanks to our waitron who ensured we were all looked after during our visit

They make the Best coffee as alwaysIt has been nothing but the best this is were i met my girlfriend for the first time and it has been home ever since we just sad that Covid is limiting us from feeling like we at home home if you understand me but overall best place

Never disappointed with their coffee, and if you order a muffin, you better be hungry... Its huge and taste great.

Nice place to hANGOUT

On Sunday the 9th of MayWaiter has taken 1 hour and 48 mins to bring our food, once it arrived all the meals were cold. Waiter was not attentive, waited another 10 mins for the waiter to bring cutlery which he brought plastic cutlery and said they dont have cuttlery. Refills for bottomless drinks also did not arrive timeously.

Coffee smells great however it doesnt taste as good as it smells. All these coffee places serve cheap coffee, its the froth that makes the difference.

Mugg & Bean Savannah Mall is absolutely amazing. It is a peaceful place to eat and work. Their food is very good and the waiters are super friendly.

I am addicted to their baked caramel cheese cake and the lemon meringue. It is so tasty, it even takes all your heartache away!

Nothing says come dine in my office than this place which is strategically located. Great menu on offer and not forgetting bottomless coffee, great ambience and natural place to meet over a meal. Chicken livers and bread is my favourite dish. I know most of staff and are always willing to help.

My guests enjoyed their food, but my food was offish, and I had to be polite because of my guests.For the record, M&B food is in almost all cases excellent. I was disappointed yesterday.

Its my go to place to have my bottomless hot chocolate or better yet their American iced coffee which is my favorite. I could hang out for hours with friend and its family oriented as well as a good place to have a meeting. Theres wifi connection, friendly staff so overall a good place.
