Fine Dining at its Finest at Saskia Polokwane. We celebrated our 25th Anniversary at Saskia on 09 December 2020. We were warlmy Welcomed by Wilson the Security and COVID-19 Compliance Officer doing the Screening and Sanitising before entering. Olga the Hostess gave us a warm welcome and made sure that Saskia attended to all the small details such as candlelight, decor, introducing our waiter Margaret. She orchestrated and coordinated all servings making sure that the romatic atmosphere was created and that we as a couple was at ease and promptly served. Mussa who was in charge of Saskias Food and Beverage engaged with us regularly to check if we were served and looked after. Samuel Saskias Operations Officer was exceptionally well mannered, professional in his approach making us feel very welcome and took the time to take us through Fusion Boutique Hotel and some of its finest accommodation available to South Africans and Internationals. Our evening was made even more special whereby Chef Papa visited our Table 204 to introduce himself and to take a picture with the Staff and Us before our departure. Samuel also introduced their own Red Wine Brand called Saskia Restaurant Guess What Red Wine, which the two of us will open on our 26th Anniversary - God Willing. The Saskias staff was very professional and they created an unforgettable, thought provoking and romantic evening. We are truly impressed and we enjoyed every moment.On behalf of myself and my wife, we want to extend our sincere appreciation for the professional and courtesy extended to us on our 25th Anniversary. It will be one that we will always remember. The service is exceptional and the staff are very knowledgeable on their products. Decor is fantastic. This is fine dining at its best. It may take a while to decide on what to have as everything on the menu sound delicious. The wine list will suit every palate. I will be returning often.

Service and the interior are the only great things there. To be honest the menus ( food and drinks) are boring and pretentious. The thing that is killing the establishment is that the management/ owner is out of touch with reality, probably forgot what fine dining experience should be. The place has great potential but will not make it with its current routine.

Wow the place is so chilled,wow n top classy.The foods were not expensive as I expected,I have no complains,the waiters treated us very much well n the money that I paid was more than reasonable.The physical environment especially the garden n the toilet,the meal n the treatment is so best.I love Saskia n off course I would like to visit again.

I have been to the restaurant twice and in both occasions have not been disappointed. The wine cellar downstairs will be a delight to wine lovers together with the dining space in the area. Upstairs (i.e. ground floor) there are also a couple of private dining spaces for that business lunch. The menus, the actual food and the service is excellent. Definitely a place to visit

We had a wonderful dinner! A top class restaurant, a bit pricey but I guess it comes with the style and the quality of the food. I ordered the Venison Potjie, a true tradisional South African dish. It was cooked to perfection. If you want to treat good friends or special people, take them to Saskias.

Argh such a beautiful place to visit especially if youre like me and you love interior decor. Definitely a place to go for celebratory occasions. Their menu is great and the complimentary dishes by the chefs made us feel extremely special. A 20 star for them. Highly recommended, you wont regret it

Best restaurant in Polokwane!! Food is delicious...well everything is...most beautiful decor...and the waiters and managers are always super friendly and helpful. Really a must visit...for anniversaries and birthdays they also so al little something extra just to make the occasion more special...but do mention what the occasion is for when booking.

Loved it. Got service beyond our expectations. We had our 7 month son with us, and the staff brought him a blanket & a baby pillow for in case he fell asleep during the dining. It was an overall 10/10 experience. Food was well prepared and presented.

The service was bad, the waiters were so slow, at some point I thought they forgot about me. Food came cold. Though bar tender was great as at some point we decided to go to the bar.
