We have travelled the world and it is good to return to eat at a restaurant where everything is world-class!The waitress Rams is probably one of the best we have experienced. Knowledgable, witty and empathetic for me being diabetic and my partner a vegetarian. She should have been promoted to Management long time ago??!Drinks were fast and cold!Food was excellent. Still the best burger in the world (my opinion) and my partner had a vegetarian schnitzel.We were convinced to try slmething sweet which complimented the meal perfectly.Look, they are not the only Spur in town, but they convinced me to make this a weekly visit.Well done Rams and team!

Lovely spur. Had a year end function there for 18 kids. Odered all the food and drinks the day before and everything was ready for us when we got there. The kids really enjoyed it and loved the play area. The waiters were very patient and friendly. Will definitely go there again.

Big Spur. Friendly and helpful staff. Great bathroom facilities and yes a rather large play area for kids. We as usual had the unreal breakfast which is the best value for a breakfast. Close to entrance 3 in Savannah mall. Open 8am to 9pm Monday to Fridays and Saturday till 10pm . Sunday 8am to 8pm.

Spur always serve great tasting Ribs and wings. Had their Steak, Ribs, chop and chicken combo. The steak was well overdone. Even hard to cut with a knife. For such a thin piece, cooking it to an allowable state shouldnt be so difficult. The chop was very small. Nothing to even write about there. The ribs and chicken were good.The dessert was so bad for the price tag. Vanilla custard and banana what what. The bananas were brown, the custard didnt even taste anything like custard and the biscuits in there? Really? They couldve just used tennis biscuit... Wil never have it again and I advice against it at all cost. Rather opt for ice cream.The service was okay. Waited for the waiter for such a long time between the meals and the bill. Well its Spur. Same old same old.

We had an amazing Sunday Lunch, the service was great, Luciano was polite and absolutely courteous at every turn, explaining and recommending everything right, Id definitely eat here again and Ill recommend this place any day.

I had the most terrible oxtail today, I bought three meals of oxtail today at Spur Savannah that was on special.This was a takeaway. The food was really terrible, we could not finish even one plate , we just gave the food to our puppy to eat. The sides lacked taste and the oxtail was full of water and also lacked taste as if they were just boiled and offered to the customer.Very disappointed and angry for wasted money and time.

I was at falcon spur 2days back. I ordered Oxtail that goes with rice and veges and also i ordered Ribs and spicy wings Take away. I was so disappointed 😪when i got home the Oxtail was burnt and it was so tasteless, my second order was also a wrong order.I tried to call the store since i couldnt go back but some lady answered, when i asked to speak to the manager my call was dropped 😡 Ever since then no one would like to attend to this. Spur at savanna gave me an experience that left me regretting, i doubt Ill ever ever go there😡😡😡😡😡😡waste of money😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

We had really good service from the waitresses,the Irish Coffee was not the best though,but the food was well prepared to my liking and the attention we got from the waitresses was amazing.....Thank you....Looking at how busy it was I really think the staff are pulling very well....keep it up.

They need to treat ppl the same. I got there and given a menu. But 20 minutes later I was looking for the waiter or anyone who would take our order. When I finally waived someone over, I did not like the attitude. Every question I asked him was answered in an unfavourable attitude. Some ppl were attended as soon as we got it. I asked myself if maybe its the way we looked maybe.

Firstly the waiter didnt understand what we wanted. The other waiter was great. Secondly they forgot to put the sauce on the burger that we ordered.

Besides being ridiculously overpriced, the menu is bland. There is a fun childrens play area though.The only spur I have ever enjoyed eating from is the one at Menlyn mall and Port Elizabeth. Polokwane Spur is not as great. The service isnt bad though, there are some nice waiters but the food isnt always that good. The milkshakes use to be awful, but theyre soo much better now.

On the 3rd of April 2018, my two friends and I decided to visit the restaurant after our movie. A strange drunk man appeared out of no where and sat with us. We kindly asked him to leave and he declined angrily so.We asked the staff to assist but nothing happened. The manager called security but that didnt help either.The drunk man was making a scene and making false accusations. He kept on throwing mild insults like we didnt matter.It was just disappointing to know that 4 security people couldnt remove that man. I didnt feel safe at all.My friends and I later on decided to leave as it was getting very uncomfortable and felt unsafe.This issue was handled poorly. Please have trained people to deal with such incidents.
