There was nobody to assist us. When the 1 gentleman came to me they had no stock nd I got no proper info on stock being avail. He also became upset that I opened a box to view a shoe stock on display dont open boxes.....very unhappy

Terrible service I do not recommend this retailer to anybody interested in buying safety products. I bought a safety shoe from them and the leather began to form white cracks after about 2 weeks of wearing them. I went back to North and they said that they would replace the boots... After going through 3 pairs of the boots, all of which formed white cracks, they said that they would have to send the shoes away for testing, leaving me without a safety shoe to wear. I have not heard from them since and its been more than 2 months since i first purchase the shoe. If I could give North Safety a rating of 0 stars i would.

Shocking service. I hung around for at least 5 minutes. They seem to have no staff. This business wont last long with the competition from the Johnsons staff who come over to assist immediately you walk in. I walked out without anyone offering to help. Bye!! I wont be back to get uniforms here.
