Great store, well stocked in their various departments. An overall great one stop sports stores. Prices appear a bit higher than other stores but I guess being a specialty store one can expect this.

Staff offer their assistance right away and are happy to give advice. They have several brands for gear, accessories, and general equipment for all types of sports and games. Not over crowded and paying at the till is quick and smooth.

My wife and I were blown away by Kwaneles knowledge on all things smart watch. He was very patient with all our questions. What a valuable member of the Sportmans team!

Excellent manager! I went there to exchange an item that I discovered was damaged when I opened the box. It was bought 2 months prior and he handled the exchange personally. Smooth and quick with no difficulties or hoops to jump through. Friendly and respectful.

There were really nice items available at this shop. I brought running socks (one pair with pink flamingos on them) and spotted small binoculars at a very tempting price. There was also a massage ball that I think would be worth buying. And they only had two styles of Saucony running shoes, I think, but one of them was the Peregrine trail-running shoe (tho currently out of stock with more due in), which is exactly the shoe I was after. Nice friendly staff. Will definitely return. Spotted some attractive leggings too. Lots of covetable items!

Usually fairly good. No help at all, clearly Saturday staff. Left to shop at liberty Midlands mall. As they are more expensive one expects some service.

I visited with my husband for our sons sport equipment. Parking can be a problem. Selection is good. Prices are probably not high but do seem to be on a bit of the expensive side. Staff for the most part are helpful if not truly knowledgeable about what is required or what is in stock. Clean and air conditioned.

Sportsmans Warehouse PMBAbsolutely useless I ordered a pair of running shoes 3 weeks ago , they told me one week , after hearing nothing after two weeks I called to be told they would be here later in the weekToday I called and they tell me the shoes at the store where they were getting them from sold them !!!!! CLEARLY they had done nothing from the beginning.Clearly its time to support a business that actually cares

Great service at this sportsmans warehouse. Great place to get rackets restrung and good for all sorts of sporting equipment. Great range and friendly assistants as you walk in there door. Also watch out for their sales tables happen very often and you can get some mammoth discounts especially on shoes.

For the most part I have found the staff to be very helpful. Sometimes Sportsmans as a whole are a little expensive and I wish they stocked larger sizes. (Big people like to feel sporty too😁)

The staff in the pietermaritzburg branch are very helpful and kind. Upon entering the store even the security guard greets you. The store is well stocked and has a variety of different products but can be expensive

Please try and train up two persons to restring rackets, as we are from out of town, and every time we come in, the restringer seems to be not at work, for whatever reason. We leave the racket with a phone number to contact us when ready, and that never occurs?
