They need to UP their game. Limited choice in clothing

I went to exchange my boots that I bought from the Pavillion Mall last Sunday & had lost my slip. The Ladies at the cashier were so helpful to help me return it for another pair of shoes. They were very helpful towards me. Edgars Liberty Mall service was excellent.

Surprisingly big and spacious with a lot of variety. The service was good enough. Cashiers numbers are adequate enough to keep the queues moving along.

Would have given it a five star but the till service is much to be desired. Waiting in long queues was very frustrating. In this time and age being so advanced why not have a pay point for each department which will then speed things up and customers will be in and out far quicker. Have always been a Edgars customer because of the quality of goods sold but my last experience was very frustrating. Also would help due to Covid.

Who does not love Edgars. Friendly staff. Always lovely to shop there. Lets help rescue this business.

I had to look for a person working there to assist. Dont expect them to see you that you are looking for some assistance and come unless you find and call them.

It was a really good shopping experience. The staff are very friendly, the store is very clean, the prices are reasonable, the variety is excellent and their layout is magnificent as I required very little assistance to get everything I wanted. All in all I can say this store is a great place to shop and I highly recommend that you come and shop there.

This Edgars is large, and has a wide variety of products. The staff are usually very helpful, as well.

Good sized store. Has most that you could possibly want. Store is bit of a maze inside tho.

Edgars is not the same as it was before. Its difficult to get through telephonically and have your account issues resolved. Their account charges and interest rates have changed. Ill be closing my account this month.

Internal fraud is rife in that shop

Very friendly staff and willing to help, but experienced issues with marked down Aldo shoes where no one really knew what was happening. We did get the marked down price in the end, as the staff were helpful but it did mean we had to spend some time clearing up an issue that was not ours. Lucky we checked the slips.

Staff really know their stuff and can give personal recommendations. Mostly have what you want. Great store plan and lay out and friendly staff who are always more than willing to assist you with anything you require.

The quality of the clothes is not as gud as it used to be for the prices that we pay nt worth it , i cud pick up the same quality at a walk in of the street store n sum even better quality, ppl dont mind paying the price if the quality is on point

Have tried a number of times to call the number at the Liberty Midlands Mall and no one answers. I still to date after years have not received my Edgars Club Card which was promised many times and do not get any vouchers. Even when paying at the till no one tells you about the voucher or promotions. It is only when I ask that I am told that there is a voucher. I will be cancelling my Edgars Club membership due to the fact that I do not have a card, do not receive vouchers and can not use any of the benefits due to not having a card.

Queues could be faster and perhaps introduce a self service checkout but all good nonetheless.

Depending on taste in clothing, etc. , items sold are of good quality, especially mens shoes, but some items are pricy and not worth buying at that price.

Great store. Helpful and friendly staff. Wide selection of men, ladies and childrens clothing but stocks were sold out for schoolwear. Items are quite expensive. Physically challenged parking and entrance. Plenty of parking available.

Unlike every Edgars store, this one is located inside the Liberty Midlands mall. Hey stock a lot of items including perfumes and colognes, mobile phones and accessories, clothings ranging from kids to adults with a special segment for formal shirts, ties and suit. It also have a make-up studio for product sales and trials.

The sales lady Ilunga was fantastic, I was buying for my grandchildren with a small budget and she helped me to get very nice clothes for them.

Today we had such fantastic service at Edgars Liberty Mall and we found everything we needed in one store.

I openned an account in july, in august my account was overcharged. Insurances were added without my knowledge. I was forced to pay for those insurances just to keep my credit record clean. I laid a complaint and requested a refund. But till know, everytime i go to the store, im given 1 excuse, the store manager is not around. Poor service.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, especially Richard at the Cellphone Shop.
