Incompetent, I have been here twice to unblacklist my phone totally different times. It is still blacklisted as I write this review. I called I didn’t receive assistance over the phone after I went for the first time to unblacklist, then I decided to go physically second time. The first time when I called they hanged up on me way before I even went to the shop, this should have been a red flag.

Very frustrating that you have to go in to vodacom shop to pay monthly contract. They dont allow EFT payments.

Oh definitely not recommending this store to anybody in futureI bought the Huawei P40 smartphone and although the phone came with a free cover and screen protector the consultant Hassina insisted selling me these both items without informing me that the phone comes free with a screen protector and back cover, now when I called her to return the body glove which is sealed and unused she says they don’t do refunds!!!! That’s it no more of my business at this shop😡👎

WOW, super service and great advice from all....Will be a regular there.

We phoned first and when we arrived the paper work was ready and all we had to do was sign on the dotted line while everything was explained to us.I am happy with my router and data contrast.I can now watch my tv at 4K no buffering.Staff are jacked up.

Worst service ever. They made me wait over 2 months for a cellphone battery (ordered on 15 April 2018 and still not received!), with no feedback from the staff, not even a single phone call. I would not recommend or refer anyone to this Vodacom branch. If I could give you 0 stars I would. Please work on this Vodacom SA.
