Remember when Telkom was still a monopoly, well dealing with Woodburn Telkom, felt like I was dealing with that Telkom again! Worst service I have received in a long time! Staff do not get back to you, and they rude and forgetful! And instead of apologizing, they were happy to just cancel my order! I would rather communicate via smoke signal then deal with Telkom ever again!

This speak volumes on your staff who according to me are excellent ambassadors to your company.Take care of your staff and they will definitely go the extra mile.Lastly the premises was very clean and all COVID 19 protocols were adhered to. Furthermore all staff members have a very smart and cordial personality. They treated each client with respect and they were very professional. (I spent over an hour signing my data deal.)Well done to the staff of Woodburn Pietermaritzburg.

My wife and I visited the Woodburn branch of Telkom during December last year. We were assisted by a very friendly and very helpful lady by the name of Melissa. Prior to her assistance, we were standing in line for about 30 to 40 minutes as there was only one available consultant due to our visit being during the lunch hour.Melissa was extremely sweet, friendly and helpful. She sorted us out so quickly!!! She answered all of our questions with a smile on her face. Every telkom consultant should aspire to be like her 😃.. I type this review with my new Samsung A71 that Melissa helped us get! 😃🙂

No queues, which when we are talking about Telkom, is unheard of. Staff were friendly but didnt offer us all the services we could have had when getting a new phone, we only found out later....So while we were very happy to start with, I was disappointed when we had troubles only to hear they should have helped you do that at the store...

Would just like to commend Telkom Woodburn for excellent service. Taking out our contract 24 months ago was super simple. We didnt have to wait in long queues and they were very efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Telkom contacted me through their online sales department as we were due for an upgrade, the man was very pushy and insisted we were not allowed to go in store to renew our contracts and choose devices and was told we could only choose devices that they had in stock in the warehouse which apparently was slim for choice due to black Friday specials and most of the stock being sold out. This was extremely confusing for me because surely a paying customer has the right to choose their device and preferences. Anyway, decided to give the Woodburn store a call on Friday, 11 December and was told I could most certainly go in store and choose my device. The lady on the phone was super friendly. Went in store and was assisted by Evan Naidoo. He gave us the best recommendations on devices, was really professional and awesome to chat to. Also knew a lot about the specs for each device off hand and didnt need a computer in front of him to us. This is opposed to the online sales agent who made me wait forever on the phone while he searched for the information needed. Evan made the process very quick and simple, he explained everything to us and ensured we checked each device, was happy with the information on screen and we were happy with what reflected on the system in terms of payment amounts etc. They followed excellent Covid 19 protocols. Was amazing service guys! We were in and out before we knew it. I wouldnt recommend any other branch, based on experience!
