Pathetic After sales service .When it comes to making a sale they are very quick to reply to mails and to take phone calls .But when it comes needing support then very conveniently their email never works or they are constantly too busy with customers.They then take your number down and say they will call back , and they never do unless you go into the store . The most inconvenincing store ever!!!!They should just shut their doors if they arent willing to provide the service they supposed to be providing!!!!Will never ever recommend MTN Cascades to anyone!!

Your Cascades branch manager (Donovan Reddiar) is by far super unreliable, avoids any accountability and has no urgency in dealing with customer complaints!He upgraded my contract and insisted I take a phone exactly the same the only difference he said was the battery life and 5G enabling power. Camera quality according to him was exactly the same! I compared the phones myself and found the phone he insisted I take has worse camera quality than the one I currently have! He would rather text me than to return any calls for the last 3 days!!! I want the phone I originally requested! If he has diclosed all the information I wouldnt be so upset

Everytime I phone, I am helped to a point, and then they say they will call me back and never do...

Absolutely disgusted at the service received. I bought a screen protector for my iPhone only to find no glass inside. Tried to call numerous times with no answer. When I finally got someone, they said they would phone back and never did.Fast forward to today 2/6. Went down to cascades and they exchanged the product got home to find out that they swapped the glass for an inferior product - the description on the box said clear class, borderless and I received class with a black border. I suspect they did this whilst they were in the back “fetching” the new product.I will never support this store again. The service is poor and they are clearly a bunch of liars.

Pathetic service. Went in to find out about a sim swap, the lady I spoke to was rude and dismissive when I mentioned I was able to do one without needing an affidavit at the King Shaka branch a few months ago. Had far better service at other branches and will not use Cascades again.

Although the assistant wasnt very enthusiastic, but she did help me!MTN should teach their assistants or consultants to stand up & greet their clients courteously, so also when we leave the store!

Never able to contact them on the phone. Better to arrange a contract on line. They offer a better service because they are commissioned based.

Ask for a guy named Donovan. He is very knowledgeable and delivers a very good service.I got a 2Gig Data package for R89. In the first month of the contract, you get 30 Gigs plus/minus as a bonus for signing up.

This bunch should close their doors and go home. Took in my phone for a warranty repair, sent me from pillar to post. Then sent me documentation to say it was sent to MTn midrand for repairs. A week later no one can find the phone. Who ends up assisting me a worker from the courier company... where is the phone found? In the stores safe😡 all the workers there obviously only come there to earn a salary... service is pathetic... please to yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.

Josh was a great help, i barely had to lift a finger. He came to my job twice, once to sign the paperwork and another to drop my phone.

I took a new contract out with MTN cascades, what a mistake! Their customer service is shocking. Sales lady and manager have different stories, seems like no one knows what is going on. My device wasn’t working after 2 days, I handed it in and my phone was sent to the wrong department and I was told many other stories.

This outlet provides very poor customer service. They are inefficient and unhelpful. The manager is hardly ever available to deal with problems and they dont answer their phone. Best avoided.

I applied for a contract a week ago, yet as this for no results or contract. Was called and asked to come In and sign documents twice and still nothing happens. I am so dissatisfied with cascades mtn.

Pathetic. They hardly ever answer their phones and they provide a poor service. I went to them to get a new phone and they stuffed me around and told me to come back in 4 hours or in 24hours and then I phone again in about 16 hours and nothing was even ready yet. Very poor. Please get your act together MTN.
