Great service and they are able to assist immediately to resolve any problem. the ticket system they have in place really works and ensures that service is kept to optimum levels.
Why have a phone number to contact, when it is NEVER answered? The 135 and 136 numbers are just as useless, go round in circles listening to an Automated voice!
Incredibly frustrating experience with the store near Woolies! Went in on Sunday and was there from 9:20am until lunch time trying to have my number ported and get a contract. My number has still not been ported to MTN, a whole day later! Called 135, most useless service ever. Called the branch twice before anyone even answered, and once my call was taken I was told that someone would call me back... Eventually. Still waiting! The only reason I am with MTN is because it is the only network that has coverage where I live. Service was rude, and unhelpful. Altogether an unpleasant experience and I would not recommend.

The staff there is very unfriendly and their business phone number is not working. If it wasnt for their good contract deals, I was never going to step my foot there again.
