Its very good. It only takes 30 min to do my hair. And the people who work there are very friendly. I would really recommend this.

Staff need to be trained about being friendly and not speaking in zulu over the client. Staff also pull their faces when they are hungry and speak about their supervisor in front of the clients. they also dont do exactly what you have asked for.it would be nice for clients to be treated with respect and dignity.

This is my go-to nail bar. Good service, high quality and affordable acrylic and gel nails on offers. The nail technicians are really skilled and theres a wide range of nail art on offer as well.

This is the second time Ive been here and am shocked at how different it is a year later. Everything is dirty and unhygienic. The nail tech didnt soak my gelish off but filed it which will damage my nails. Everything used was old and dirty. The nail tech concentrated more on talking loudly to her colleagues as well as a person that walked in and sat next to her. The other nail techs sat around a heater talking loudly and one even showed mine her lunch. The one working on my mum was abrupt and rude. Im disgusted at how bad this place has become and wont be going back. The nail tech did say that R200 for my nails done in Cape Town was too expensive but I rather pay more to be in a clean environment with nail techs that know what to do and are professional.

The nail tech said she could do an ombre(which she didnt put a thicker base coat over the top of my nail and kept blending the gel into my nail). She removed my nail Polish with a nail file very roughly and then continued to file my nails more to start with the gel overlay. She didnt repair the broken nail but simply painted over the break. She also used the wrong shades of nude and the wrong glitter. The tools she used were kept in a dirty bowl with acetone in it.Due to the method used to prep my nails they didnt last more than 3 days and when I soaked off the gel my nails were extremely brittle and the little tips I had regrown broke off. They didnt use a great quality gel nail Polish. When my hands went under the uv light it also burned and was quite uncomfortable.I really dont recommend this place.Personally I didnt enjoy my experience here. The nails looked good for 3 days but that was it, due to it being damaged by prep they broke off which is the opposite of what gel is supposed to do.In future I intend to use another nail tech, itll cost a bit more but will be worth it.
