Professional and efficient service in a beautiful salon. Good WhatsApp booking system. Not all stylists offer the same level of execution. My first experience was fantastic. Second time, the stylist bumped my head with the hairdryer 3 times.

Horrible experience. My mom in law went to have her hair trimmed. Came back with her hair much too short and with uneven hacked layers. I took her back for them to fix it. We were told that we must understand that some of their hairdressers are still learning how to cut hair. And that this is a risk we take. What !???? Since when is this how the weekday special works ???

I recently had a full body massage with Sena at the new Howick road branch and I was very impressed. She was so professional and attentive to detail. The atmosphere was great and the massage was even better. Highly recommend Solé.

Had a full body message. The therapist Rebecca was a great lady BUT she did not introduce herself, she did not ask me what pressure I would like and after she started I had to keep asking her to go softer, I had more tension during the massage than what I had before my message. Bright down lights was not turned off and totally unnecessary with all die natural light shining through into the room. No soft background music, NO AMBIENCE loud talking in room next door AND no eye 👁️ mask given to block out the light, I had to ask for a towel to cover my eyes while getting my legs in front messages. This was the worse experience EVER

The haircut was performed by an inexperienced stylist, who botched it. When I went to have it fixed, they just apply a bit of product and said it was nothing wrong with the cut - which was a mess. I will not be returning

Great place, trainee hairdressers should be reviewed internally before being allowed to work on clients. The trainee combed my hair with such force as you would style a practice doll. I stopped him halfway through and left with a headache.

Visited this salon for the first time a few weeks ago. Great service,from the start when youre booking an appointment via whatsapp,to when you arrive and have your hair done till you leave! Great closed off tranquil area to have your hair washed,and you get a head massage to!! So relaxing! Your stylist will first consult with you about whats to be done and then off you go to have your head massage! :-)Thanks to Demi for the good service and overall thanks to Solè as well. A definite recommendation in the pmb area! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I received a warm welcome, wonderful treatment and extremely friendly service. Not only are the hairdressers/ therapists professional, but even the support staff is great too. I walked in feeling so tired and whole body was aching after a looong and arduous week, but after my massage and pedi, i felt so alive. I also got a crash course on skin-care and home therapy benefits :) What a bonus!

I was not happy with the service at Solé hair Salon , they do not treat there customers equally. They dont know how to treat hair right , and I find the cut I got there wasnt what I asked for . But other than that they are friendly .
