Good old comfort food is the order of the day at their restaurant. We visited for Sunday lunch and enjoyed the roasted Leg of Lamb with vegetables and white sauce and yellow rice. Malva pudding for dessert rounded it off perfectly. If you’re going with the kids, they have a doughnut trio option which the kids can decorate themselves with icing and toppings. There’s also a nice little kids play area to keep them entertained for a while too. And you obviously can’t vist the Home of Chenin Blanc without ordering a bottle!
Very nice place to go have a wine tasting. A few hiccups like not really being able to hear what the hostess were saying most of the time. They also had a lack of availability for some of the tastings items. We really wanted to do the Marshmallow tasting but was not available. Again hostess explained but we could not really hear her.Great location to take some amazing photos or having photo shoots. Very clean and just a really nice vibe all together. The Chocolate tasting was really great and wines are amazing as well. The restaurants food was amazing. There were a bit of fruit flies flying around especially at the wine tasting area which was quite surprising. So just check out for those as it seems like they were drawn to the wine.
I had my 50th their and Rob and team helped to make it a day to remember. We had delicious lunch in a beautiful garden.
Just did the mountain bike race. So well organized and run. Stunning views and lovely trails.
It is a great place to go for a Sunday with the rolling hills of Agter-Paarl farms. The mood is very relaxed and they see themselves as the house of Chenin Blanc. So be sure to try it. If you are going within the winter months, take a jersey with you. It is also a very good idea to call ahead and make a booking.
Very good food and service great view of the mountain with snow them
Lovely, well priced wine. Service was very friendly and helped us late on a Friday afternoon (4pm)
R25 for a cuppachino is very reasonable. But R35 for a can of coke is a little over the top.
Not a great menu variety, was a great Sunday plate though...loved the veg and potatoes.
Amazing venue. Staff super nice, lovit
Out of the way, nice drive. Food was good. Wine tasting. Outdoor eating as well.
Went to Perdeberg wine estate for. Lunch today. Had there braai baskets. Absolutely delicious. The lamb chops were juicy and tender spiced to perfection. Amazing boerewors and chicken sosaties. The salad had the most awesome dressing We had a bottle if their Chenin followed by their lovely Malbec red wine. Most impressed with wines, food, service and prices. The chef took time out to come and chat at individual tables which was a nice touch. They also have a wedding, conference and special occasion venue. They also have a special for Fathers day.
Value for money breakfast, and great wine tasting...Riedwaan was super knowledgeable and knew what to present for tasting. We left with lighter wallets.
Setting beautiful, Fathers day lamb was absolutely magnificent! Sadly the service was below average so minus two stars 😔
Awesome experience. A definite must. Des was brilliant whilst conducting our wine tasting experience.
Winetasting was lovely...good food and service
Good wines at reasonable prices. Friendly service.
Always a treat! Awesome personal attention. Lovely wines and gourmet style food. Outside and inside seating. Newly developed MTB routes through vinyards
First time client took my whole family December for lunch best services friendly staff the food and wine i cant explain with words but definitely a must go again for me and friends highly recommend you guys
You will have to get up because this table is reserved, we were welcomed by the front of house manager (which was later confirmed to be the owner of restaurant Eat). This of course 10 minutes after we were shown our reserved table by our waitress. It was difficult to judge the wine or food with that bitter taste in my mouth. The children had room to play, which is good when you have to wait 1hour and 40 minutes for your food (ordered from a limited menu). I will have to return to enjoy the wine tasting, but I will pass on the restaurant.
The food was devine. Had a Harvestplatter with a bottle of cold Chenin Blanc. Waitress was very chirpy and helpful. Will be back
Great people, nice ambience, good wines and very reasonable prices. Food is good too
What a great little wine farm! Excellent service and friendly staff. Ordered my wine while on promo and unfortunately missed the cut off due to technical issues. Perdeberg was more than willing to honor the order after the offer had expired. Very excited to start enjoying my wine. Thank you
What a pleasant experience, we had breakfast, good food , good service, good price. And its in the Country side. We sat outside under the trees, and if you have kids there is a nice place for them to. We bought wine, and will be back for their light wines as there is a flowerheart on them and it will work well in Flowerheart hamper. As soon as we open we will get some Flowerheart wine
Nice food and wine. Service a bit slow
Absolutely stunning. Friendly, happy, awesome staff, made us feel so at home and great wines and food too - total package!
Some of thé best prepared food, I have eaten. Beautiful winery with friendly and professional staff...a very relaxed atmosphere
Good wine., Chenin Blanc 2020 tops
It was fantastic, sitting outside under the trees! Pizza was exellent, wine was good and the best cellar price ever!!
The venue is nice, staff friendly and efficient. The food was better than average but not amazing
Was our 5th visit to Perdeberg which ended in disappointment. The chocolate and wine pairing was excellent but I cannot say the same for the new Eat at Perdeberg restaurant which seems to be run independently from the cellar. Confusion over the price and if wine is included with the braai basket or not resulted in us having to show the manager or owner what is being advertised on their website. It took another 30 minutes for him to go check the website himself before admitting the advertised price and inclusion of wine is incorrect. He did apologise for the inconvenience and gave us a R60 complimentary bottle of wine. This after paying R210 more than advertised. Too little too late. Times are tough after COVID-19 and giving paying customers attitude when they point out something to you that is incorrect is not the way to go. I wish you good luck with your business. Please note there are many other wine farms I can take my business to.
Very relaxing! Special thanks to Terrance 👌😉
Awesome wine,Awesome food,Awesome service.Will definately go again
Wonderful service, excellent wine tasting experience.
Beautiful setting on a wine farm. Food was delicious.
Personal and attentive service, great food and wine, whats not to love

It was a boot sale and didnt really give opportunity wine tasting. Next time.
Excellent service , friendly staff and good prices 😷
Super efficient,courteous and professional
A really enjoyable experience. Relaxed atmosphere. Not pretentious or fancy - just comfortable with good wine and great coffee.
Layout is not your typical picnic layout or picnic basket. You can decide if you prefer sitting inside or outside, and its tables and benches, not grass and blankets. Braai basket was amazing, especially the roosterkoek with figs and camembert. Our waitress was very polite and attentive. Definitely recommended
Excellent service and friendly staff. Now to have some of the wine I ordered
Beautiful place after the expansion. Staff are still friendly and knowledgeable. The newer range of wines are also quite interesting. Can definitely recommend a visit.
Awesome experience. Really great staff and with good variety

Luv it. Star service! Enjoyed the picnic baskets.
Great place & welcoming people
Kid Friendly, Wheel Chair Friend and Pet Friendly. This all in one Cellar is a gem in Paarl and a must on any self proclaimed wine enthusiasts list. Perdeberg offers Picnics which can be pre-ordered bia their website. With an extensive wine portfolio and awards to boast. You have to #Visitpaarl
Unpretentious, friendly winefarm... Good selection of wines at very affordable prices. Intetesting Granache Blanc and a salmon pink Pinot Noir/Chardonnay blend. The Perbeberg area has several wine farms with greatvalue wines.
