Called Dischem Paarl Mall this morning to confirm whether I can come for a Covid test today. Was transferred to clinic, and I repeated the question, and was informed that I can come in for test. Drove all the way there just to find out that the clinic is closed on Sundays. 🤷‍♀️EDIT: Called again today because the online booking system is off. Was told its not their problem.

Something for everyone there, nice and clean with friendly staff. Just the security at the door can use more people skills.

Dreadful pharmacy. There are 7 counters, 8 people working in the pharmacy, and yet only 3 counters were operational. I say 3, but two of the 3 people who was working, were standing chatting to eachother while we were waiting. On of the pharmacists was washing the covid screens of all the counters where no one was even working instead of getting behind the counter and doing something useful. I sat for 15 minutes with the line not moving. The queue wasnt even that long. It shouldve been 5 or 6 minutes maximum. Instead it took 25 minutes for me just to reach a counter to get the medicine. Worst pharmacy Ive been to in a very long time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Great pharmacy, they will deliver or pre-pack your medicine for collection. The sisters always give fantastic service

Amazing free delivery services, friendly and helpful staff. They even call you to confirm orders and reply speedily to emails.

I was told, its not my problem.

They very extremely quick with my online order and called me when there was an item that they did not have, to ask if the other item was okay.I honestly have never experienced such fast service and I am very pleased !

There is no social distancing, many people entering the store do not use the sanitizer. The store is packed full of people and there is no limit on the amount of people in the store.

Can someone PLEASE answer the main phone at Paarl Mall --- and then get someone to answer the Pharmacy phone. Ive been a client for 6 years and have spent a small fortune at the store as well as collecting chronic medication every month. Dischem advertises that you can call (which I always do the day before so as not to put pressure on the Pharmacy), but to get anyone to even answer the main switchboard number is a miracle, yet alone the Pharmacy number. And beware your soul if you order later the previous day (as a result of not getting through on the phone!!), then the issuing of the medication can be delayed. Really Dischem, this is not good business practice!
