Was standing in the self medication que and for 15 mintes for 1 packet of alergex. Was told I was in the wrong que and they dont care about my time being wasted. No body offered to help me. Very disappointed.

Extremely long wait for someone to answer the phone. Had to refer a patient to a different pharmacy.

My wife and me are respectively 81 and 85 years old. We are both on chronic medication and recently moved from Pretoria to retire in Paarl. Where we obtained our medication from Clicks. I suffer from heart failure and depression and a local doctor prescribed a strong temporary medicine for the depression to test whether it will bring about relieve. After a few months we did not experience any improvement and decided to stop taking it and informed the Clicks pharmacy accordingly. Despite this Clicks again included this prescription with our other chronic medicine.Since his was not yet approved by Bankmed the cost was included in the exces amount payable monthly to the pharmacy.. After checking we realised that the pharmacy erred and returned his prescription for a refund.We were rudely informed that refunds are against their policy and we must bear the loss which as pensioners is difficult for us.We nevertheless left the pills there and will make other arrangements where to obtain our medication in future.

Useless..After checking online that they were open January 1st, which they said they were, drove all the way there to get an emergency prescription and they were closed..

Wonderful committed staff. They also have a Udok smart clinic now; quick access to a medical Dr via technology and video call and offer free medical exams to Vitality members.
