Always amazing, friendly service. The staff are open, kind, and sensitive, and always do a great job. Ive found that this salon stands out among others because they really listen to your needs and what you would like, and then guide you accordingly. Very reasonable rates too.

Terrible haircut. Bad service and over priced. The lady cutting my hair did not listen to any of my requests for my hair. Bad attitude from her side and terrible customer service.

Uninspired, staff had a bad attitude, everything answered with a “sigh”, came home with different lengths of hair. Can’t believe what they charge with what you get. Disappointed.

Good service and advice on how to treat your hair.

My hair was in a terrible state because of previous treatments in a foreign country. The decision to have it done at a salon to try and fix it a little bit on homeground Paarl entrance 1 was a terrible mistake. More highlights and colour on already over highlighted dry hair. Im no hair expert. But its worse now than ever. Best thing now will be to have it shaven off. And it wasnt cheap either!!

I made the mistake of going here for a 2nd time! I did not feel the service was very good from the hairdresser herself! I felt like it was an Effort for her especially after she made a comment about ugh... highlights and did my highlights so quickly to just get it done! Then when I explained the cut I want, she said that wont work in a tone and with attitude I have never been spoken to before as a customer. I went quiet and then eventually said Well then just do whatever you want. It was just not a pleasant experience AT ALL and I will most certainly not go back! And for that amount of money I might as well go somewhere else!!! Very disappointed!!!
