Upmarket services in Tygervalley, but total downgraded surroundings in Rembrandt Mall with upmarket prices. Has now closed its doors and staff not even kept up to date. Really cold and heartless manner to treat loyal staff. Will never support them.

Petronel at Paarl Platinum Hair and Beauty is just the most magical person I have discovered this year. She has truly made me so excited about my hair. Any crazy idea I come to the salon with she just brings to life. Thank you for being so patient and caring in your service. I will recommend them to anyone.

I love Platinum Hair and Beauty Salon for the great service, the fair pricing, the high quality products (Schwarzkopf and Kérastase - good products are so essential when bleaching hair this light) and the way I was constantly being taken care of, they are so attentive. A special thank you to Petronel and Hayley for making sure that my hair reflected the same colour that I dreamed of in my head! Petronel is an absolute colour genius and so attentive to my hair. When I left I made sure to let her know that my hair was now her baby! I dont think I could trust anyone with my hair as much as her because she truly truly cares and takes pleasure in the work that she does! See you ladies soon! x
