7 months after letting these guys go as they never took the case to court as the should have, they put my name on credit report for being under debt review. No application from me, just a vindictive effort from their side to punish me for not wanting to use their company. So paid them to assist me, they just took the money. Never took the case to court. Never answered my calls or emails. Then after the deal was terminated, they , without consent, filed papers stating that I wanted to go under debt review.
