This WW coffee shop is located in side Paarl malls WW. We enjoyed Chai tea and a dirty Chai tea which tasted delicious. And indulge in there small but filling breakfast. It is very neat and tide, staff are professional and helpful. If you in the area, drop by at WW and enjoy the service.

Woolworths has always been a place where you can buy quality clothing. The underwear section has a wide variety to choose from and will last a couple of years without wearing and tearing too much.Ample parking, Covid-19 compliant. They take card and cash. They also have accounts available

The shop is well layed out for a person in a wheel chair. My wive and I visit the store while she was in a wheel chair and we enjoy the shoping experience.

No warm fluffy pajamas...dont stock the bras I,ve been buying for many years...no almond croissants...that was my experience today..therefore only 3 stars

I spoke to one of the female shop assistants while she rang up my transaction. She was friendliness personified, exhibiting this compassion towards me as a customer. The humility of the assistants in this store was really refreshing. Living in COVID 19 times they were absolutely cool, calm and collected. I will definitely be back soon as they are consummate professionals.

Only ever buy food here so cant comment for the rest of the store. But its always good quality stuff. Occasionally I find them out of stock of dairy products. But thats usually rectified within a day or two.

The best place to go after standing in a qeue for 4 hours at Department of Home Affairs getting a tan(sunburn) walk into a cool fresh store(now that the beaches is a no go)

Its the best Woolworths in whole of the western cape. I drive all the way from Worcester to do my shopping at your store. I always get greeted with smiles. There is always a smiling face asking to help. This store is 5 star level shopping blizz! I would recommend any one to make an effort to say thank you for the good work they do.

A decent size WW Food is located in this shop. They offer about everything you will need for your grocery shopping, a great vegetable selection plus a (rather expensive) butchery. The queues for the tills are well organised and in general move along fast enough. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just beware of all the expensive snacks in the queue but if youve got it, spend it.

The lines at the pay points was so so long and less than half of the staff was working.

On average their food is delicious. Have had a few instances where they dont have stock of several items on their menu. But eventually on your third choice you are still guaranteed to get a delicious meal.

I love Paarl Mall woolies. The staff is always friendly and very helpful, they always have everything Im looking for and they stock a wider range of items. They have the most wonderful range of curry ingredients, premade sauces and pastes that are divine and I absolutely cooking with them. The cherry on the top is their coffee stall inside the store is scrumptious. The baristas there make the best coffee and it is always my treat to sip away at a cappuccino while I shop.

I always enjoy to shopping at Woolworths. The service is always of a very good standard.

Run with excellence. Dropped my hat while shopping and came back for it. The manager treated it like a great tragedy and said he will check in with head office to see if one turns in. Luckily for me, we found the hat but felt like they cared greatly. Well done Woolworths.

I have not been to Woolworths Paarl Mall for some time, but when I was there it was an extremely pleasant store to visit. Very clean and clothes neatly stacked or hung and there were lots of staff available to assist with queries or direction to various sections. Altogether I found it to be an enjoyable experience. Perhaps I should go and check it out again.

Paarl Mall is my favourite Woolworths, the staff are so friendly and always exceeding customer care expectations.The management know us personally and have a very pleasant approach.They always resolve issues ending on a very positive note.They have never dissappointed us at any point in our shopping experience.I always have pleasure shopping in that organized store with great ambiance and customer care.

Really great service Im not sure of the sales ladys name but she really went out of her way to look for 18-24 month baby grows for me. She went all the way to the back to fetch some for me where she could have just told me that they didnt have.
