I do not even want to waste to much time writing a review on this store. Extremily unfriendly staff. Very very bad customer service. No one to be found on floor to help. Staff avoiding customers. Slow check-out points and to little. I can go on and on. AVOID!!!

They disposed my samsung sensor mirror microwave when i sent it back for them to repair it since it was still having a guarantee they said my number was not reachable, how can you throw away something that doesnt belong to you? Am totally disappointed. Paarl game store see you in court.

Bought a Samsung A2 s and returned it after a few days coz it was not working well but the staff treated me very bad and asked me to pay extra money forthem to fix it. Am very disappointed in game paarl.

Phoned them spoke to Wayne asked if they had stock of particular item he said yes and put phone down. GAME you really need to up your GAME when it comes to common decency. Pathetic staff.

Their service got a whole lot better than few years ago. Now their staff helps you until you are done with everything you need to know. Just their electronic department that needs more staff to help out.

Worst service. Managers and staff have an attitude and makes it seem as if you are the one that is insane for wanting service. Staff member that helped me could literally not count to 3 I had to count to three on my fingers to show manager that indeed they can refund or replace my faulty matress. Disgusted.

Bought a microwave here today and service was great. I made a joke with one of the staff members about them giving me bad service and he humbly apologised even though he knew I was joking. Showing a cumstomer that you care about giving good service is important and you get it at Game Paarl...

Complaint : lazy, unprofessional staff that are always watching TV instead of attending to client, security officers denies entry if masks are not made of the material they prefer. Manager could not supply covid 19 health file that stipulates what type of material the masks must be made of to gain entry. Manager were and most propably are still looking for covid 19 file and were uninformed herself. They lost a sale of two Logik aircon of R6199 each. We went and bought at builders warehouse. Pathetic!!!!!!!!

Half the stationary isle had no prices. One male staff member was really helpful and was willing to get prices on all the items we wanted. At checkout staff did not understand their own specials.

Staff was not coming out to assist. I wanted a certain appliance but there was no sales person available, so i left.

I always find myself looking for staff to assist me, I have come to know 3 staff members who always provide me with great service, i have requested head office to step in a few times but like many other Game stores you just have to except what you get, I know it a small store but this does not mean that it needs to be small on service. Great for basic items but still find myself driving to Cape Town for most items that this store does not stock.

It was all good but it is outside mall

Its a medium sized Game store, nothing fancy. But the staff are helpful, as long as you are patient, even though it can get pretty hectic when they have specials running. The store is centrally located in Paarl and they deliver quite quickly when you buy something, same day in fact... as long as you bought early enough in the day. Had an issue with a product once and the refunded me without an issue. We have bought a lot of great items at reduced prices over the years, and will continue to support them.

Good service, but slighty confusing store layout. Not everyone is up to speed or well trained. Better than most retail stores.

Very poor customer service when an item is returned as faulty, the take the item in, keep it for days and then inform you that the warranty is void due to tampering. This while they have the item in there possession. Definitely wont recommend shopping here.

The assistance when I purchased products was good, although I had to walk around and ask who is in charge of the section. However, I was promised that the fridge I bought was going to be delivered today. I called just before 3 and was told they are waiting for the driver and that they will call me back at 4. IT IS NOW 5:20.. I also cant get through to the store to follow up. Very disappointing and annoying. Quick to assist when you want to buy but the delivery of the service is poor.

Ok store if you go there for specific specials of products that you have researched and know is not bad. They sell bad bikes for low prices that doesnt come assembled properly and they have no follow up service.

Well lets talk about Game Paarl.Theres nothing significant about the location nor the parking facilities.Theres one thing that could be looked at though, the quality of workers assisting at the electronic appliances.I think they not really out there to make a sale and subsequently they a loss to the franchise in my opinion.They need to realize when you wear anything that they can be identified as Game staff customers will approach them and ask for assistance which include technical information about specific products.Talking about last night should be done either during breaks or before or after work.Lets start taking pride in our jobs.They lack the latter.Enjoy!!

Very rarely staff to assist or its not their department. Price very often incorrect and it takes forecer to fix when scanned wrong... Multiple counter run around.

I really love Game Stores but this one in Paarl is absolutely not my favorite I honestly feel the layout is a downgraded excuse... The Staff can also work on their willingness to help... a serious upgrade is needed

I bought a stove on Sat 1 August 2020.12 days later and after numerous phone calls and empty promises of delivery I am still waiting.Very disappointed in the poor service delivery.

It was advertised on internet that the Paarl shop close 19h00. When i came 18h05 there, I found a group of decent people all standing at the door in argument with a female security gaurd who refused them including me entrance.(it seems to be a fact the those were 1-4 minutes late, because I was 5 minutes late) I think what angered us was her arrogance. We requested that she must call the branch manager but there was reluctance. A male worker came afterwards but was not understandable. If there was a mistake and confusion about the closing time then I would have expected of Game to give us as the Consumer/public the benefit. The security gaurd and certain game personnels attitude fueled our anger and unhappiness. We was not treated with politeness nor respect and we all went home with that in our hearts and minds.

Highly disappointed with the manager. Went on Saturday to purchase a 55 Sumsung TV. Salesperson wanted to help us even if it was just before closing time. The manager denied it and we had to leave without the tv. Even after we blue toothed the Id to the salesrep cause the emails did not want to work. The manager did not even want to come and see us, but rather hide.

Game has always been the go-to place for products at a good price. Ive sometimes encountered a bit of hesitation from buying for them as I know returning a product could be an unpleasurable experience as their returns department isnt the friendliest - but I can understand that as they sometimes deal with difficult people. (I changed a faulty gas heater a week ago, and the returns lady was at first quite hesitant to assist me)

Terrible service from totally disinterested staff in the home appliances section. We will go elsewhere to purchase our item. Cleaning staff should refrain from sweeping around customers feet. Very annoying. Wait until we have moved away. Will never shop at GAME Pearl again.
