As me and my family were new to paarl,we expected doctors to actually be better,more caring and concerned about their patients than big city doctors.unfortunately we realized its just once again all about the money.i visited with a concern about a pinched nerve,but kindly asked the dr to please do a checkup of bloodpressure(i do have it high),cholesterol and sugar...just the basics to see if everythings ok.i was whisked away to another room where a test was done on me i just could not do.back at the dr,i thought that now i would receive the checkup i so dearly asked for..but no...i was referred to a more expensive specialist. My bill after the whole visit from 3 docters,totalled over R2000. R500 from paarl family health for simply nothing more than a referral,and still,no one took my bp,sugar or cholesterol levels.i dont have a medical aid,my money seems to be less green than anothers.i dont seem to deserve the care that medical aid patients receive...what a twisted world we live in.i hope i can find a doctor who actually cares for patients,more than he cares about his pocket

It was never rushed. Dr Kassie took time to to talk and ask a lot of background questions as well.Friendly and efficient staff.
