Not even worth 1 star, WORST front desk I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with (on many occasions unfortunately) no improvement dispite many complaints.

The rudest receptionist ever. I arrived at exactly 10 past 12 on Sunday, knowing that they will close at 12:30. On my arrival she told me the Dr wont be able to see me because they are closed. However on the outside board the trading hours says something else, it says the open at 08:00 and close at 12:30. Im very disappointed at the staff of Medicross Paarl. I suggest they change the trading hours online and on the board for future references.

Spoke to a friendly and helpful receptionist. It was quick and easy to make an appointment and I got an SMS confirming the time, date and which doctor Im seeing.

Very rude and unprofessional front desk. Nurse/receptionist needs some serious people skills. Very importantly you are needing to learn to have more empathy for the patients coming to see doctors. Especially during this time of uncertainty. Very very disappointed and this is NOT the first run in with the same staff member. Why decide on a healthcare occupation when there is no caring towards the sick, scared people needing help.

Unfriendly receptionists and you feel like you are doing them a service of coming to this place. Doctors are however vert good and professional.

Why would a person who clearly doesnt like people or are prone to mood swings be an receptionist? Not a pleasant experience in waiting room.

The reception is very disorganised. I cannot comment on the doctors, as I never got there. I made a telephonic appointment, received a text the day before that my appointment was cancelled, and when I called, they couldnt find my appointment. But that didnt matter, because the doctor was not there on the day anyhow......

My MD - Dr Slabbert - brought me in the world in 85, and hes been the best MD you could ask for ever since. As a group, Medicross covers him when hes not available, is a one-stop for medicine I also need, and is a small-clinic in case of minor things that a hospital would be unnecessary for.Usually busy - since its a favourite for the constantly sick (children/old) crowd, but... Hey! Which doctors offices isnt at least 15-30 mins behind schedule?!Bonus? Have a chat to the ladies the run the front-of-house. Some silver haired foxes there. Always up for a chat about whats happening in the world, and so friendly. Just dont waste their time!

Very very poor service..I have been phoning none stop for almost 30 mins and no one pics up the phone..Pathetic.

Dr Very helpfull, clinic sister very friendly... Reception needs to learn to not be as cold and impatient. They come across as if they dont care!! Not nice if your feeling ill they make you feel like a burden to receiption👎🏻

I AM TRYING TO GET THROUGH FOR ASSISTANCE,BUT THE SERVICE IS SO PATHETIC.

Had an emergency with my 8 months old son, arrived at 6.25 for them to be closed an let us stand in the wind with the baby. They where closed even then they where supose to be open and sent their orther patients to deliver messages.... Poor poor service

Michelle your phone label is worrying! As a receptionist, YOU PUSH the telephone DEAD in patients ear. SAY TO YOU! After having to call and switch 12 times a day because she cannot take and send a message. You are supposed to print a professional stamp, say!

Doctor very good, but the reception is cold, unfriendly and unwilling to help. I see this has been complained about - months back - I am not seeing any improvement.

The receptionists above are unprofessional and failed. I would not want to use their services, due to the receptionists who do not make you feel welcome at all. It costs nothing to be friendly.
