I really would not recommend this brand to anyone who loves and knows coffee. I purchased this brand of coffee on two different occasions via an online outlet. Firstly, the coffee in the pods tasted stale (both purchases). Each pod weighs a different amount, which leads me to believe there is no quality checks in place to verify the weight of each capsule. Lastly, when used in a Nespresso machine, the pod runs clear after a few seconds, giving the coffee a very watered down taste at the end of the cycle. I have to use 4 Coffee Guru pods per cup versus two pods per cup from an alternative supplier. This effectively makes each cup of coffee twice as expensive as alternatives - factor in the watered-down, stale tasting coffee... No, Ill never purchase this coffee again.

Purchased pack of 3 reusable coffee machine pod and they did not even last 4 mths. when i emailed them they said they cannot replace/refund. i then sent them info re the consumer protection act. they replied that they are going out of business and that it is wear and tear. i use my coffee machine 3 time a day, so poor quality product if it wears and tears in a month. Owner says I have used for more than 6 mths, which is incorrect, see order date. i re-emailed and they ignored my email. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WONT BE SHOPPING FROM THEM AGAIN. BETTER TO PURCHASE FROM WELLKNOWN STORES AS THEY DO RETURNS AND ARE AWARE OF THE CPA.

Not a great service experience.Placed an order online on the 18th of December and received an email confirming the order, stating that it was being processed.I didnt receive any further correspondence for 3 weeks.I tried to log in to the site to check on the status of my order, and was not able to, so I sent an email to their support address. I explained that I wasnt able to log in, and asked how I could check the status of my order.I received a response that theyre closed from the 13th of December to the 13th of January, after which time my order would be processed.No mention was made of this on their website, at any point during the purchasing process, or in the confirmation email I received from them.This was intended as a Christmas Gift.Theyve subsequently added a banner on their website stating that theyre closed from the 17th of December (the day before I placed my order) to the 13th of January.[EDIT] 15/01/2020I was contacted by an employee of the business (possibly the owner) after writing my review.I disagreed strongly with two emails I received, as I felt they were unprofessional for many reasons. After some discussion, though, I believe my negative experience was acknowledged.I was compensated with the addition of a 250g bag of coffee to my order, free of charge.My order was also received this morning. I am more than happy with the final product, and have been told it works exactly as described.
