Terrible service. From entering till you exit. Stock dumped on floor with no one in sight. I called before i went and was told they have the item in stock. Drove all the way from Wellington only to hear: sorry no stock. No apology or effort made to get me the item.

Store cant be trusted. I like the selection and location, but Ive been there 4 times, and every single time the price at checkout has been a lot more than whats displayed on the shelf. Then it takes them 10 to 15 minutes to correct the pricing each time and fill in a bunch of paperwork for their mistake (only because I notice Ive been overcharged), really a waste of what could be a fantastic hardware.I assume there are many customers who dont check their receipts and are likely overpaying for items. After 4 visits and a repeat of the same issue every time, I can no longer trust the store nor am I prepared to wait 10 min extra every time.

Terrible communication skills over the phone. Spoke to about 7 different people on 3 different phone calls. I unfortunately had to be so rude on the 3rd call for them to take me seriously and for them to finally help me properly. Dont bother phoning them if you dont have patience. So I got to the store and guess what, they didnt have what I was looking for. So I wasted my time, petrol and call minutes. This is why I called in the first place to avoid wasting petrol and more of my time.

Visited Friday 10/8/18. Great service, approached the door and on of the floor employees saw me and waited at the door to assist me. I got what I needed but the stock was insufficient so I had to visit another shop as well. But again, great service.
