Stock of some fastners and smaller things are an issue sometimes. Also finding someone on the floor to help you can be a bit of a hurdle sometimes. The check-out ladies are super friendly and very helpfull. Overall worth a visit AND their prices are GOOD!!

This store is good with most thing in stock and OK prices. However the store is a bit messy and the centre store desk waiting times can be longish. Staff are friendly and helpful even though it can take a while to get someone. In the back yard the people are very helpful and always willing to assist.

Good customer service. Prices are more affordable if it comes to most places. A very good amount of different products to select from. Easy to find and accessible for many. Just and on the big days will the be difficult to find parking but other then that i had no bad experience. The staff knows well with what they are working with.

Get greeted as you walk in, the are always staff around to ask you if you need any assistance in the shop. The people at the paint section know what they are talking about. The only thing is that I feel the shop is a bit cluttered. Touch items and not a lot of space for everything. The passages are quite narrow and this is a problem especially with the current COVID situation.

Expensive - tried to obtain a Pop-rivet gun and was surprised to see Build it hardware more expensive than competing brands. Also limited brands available.Tape measure equipment and levels - only 2x brands, Build it and Stanley - both products poor build quality and break easily. Things like this make me go to day Mica or Builders Warehouse for better variety products.

Paarl now has many options for hardware ......treat clients with respect or they will go elseware.As I am typing this the manager comes out , acts strict and lets me in. Well done manager .
