In Desember I apply for a bed on credit and it was approved. After 2 weeks still no bed and went to store to cancel the deal and that was the beginning of a nightmare. On their system it shows I received a bed and which I never received or that they have any proof of delivery and signature from my side.In January 2018 a debit order went of from my account from them and I reversed it.I was assured by the Manager and sales lady its fault from head office but I dont believe them cause after 2 and a half months now in Feb 2018 I received a call from their head office I didnt made payment on my bed. Be aware please.
Bought a bed, in their store there is 5 flyers saying they deliver the same day! Then after you pay for the bed they phone you to tell you they dont have stock and need to give you a demo bed if you dont want to wait 4 days.RegardsDerick
