I never had such bad communication. We ordered bed to be delivered for 5th of Aug. We got it 6 o clock in the evening on the 6th. Nobody said anything about last payment must be paid before bed leave the warehouse. They gave us a few hours for eft on a Friday. The safety bars were to long we they broad the wright one the just left it there without putting is up. The bed is unsteady. If you step on the leather the bed wiggle badly. I have a 6 year old and it is not safe.

Prices not to bad. Good customer service.

Payed for a bed but didnt take delivery as the bed is not needed. Been waiting weeks now for a refund. I keep on calling them then all I get is a Ill call you back.
