Interesting stuff

Was way better in the past, needs new tech was always a better winner in the past.

Very disappointed in their service and lack of communication. I bought a second hand bicycle on Thursday 2020/11/26 at the Paarl branch and could not assess what what wrong with everything due to the tires being flat. They also didnt have a pump on site to pump it up. I then stored the bicycle at work until this morning and when I pumped up the wheels and wanted to test it out the chain kept slipping off when you put more pressure to peddle faster. These problems could not be assessed when I purchashed this product. Other hidden problems were found as well that was not disclosed at the time. When I then phoned them to ask if I can be refunded the person I spoke to just plainly said they do not guarantee this item, but my slip clearly states there is a 180 day warranty on this part and none of the sales persons informed me about not having any warranty. I have now wasted R899. 00 and it seems there is no way Im getting my money back.Im very disappointed about this situation, but all I can do as of now is warn people not to purchase products at this establishment as they have hidden policies and the staff do not communicate properly with the client.

Compared to Oakdale they have limited stock

If you want to buy anything to do with video games or hardware, this shop is definantly not for you. The controllers you buy pretty much just dont work and the staff dont even bother checking if the games work or not. One time I got a game but as soon as I opened the box, it was badly damaged and very obviously broken. If the staff just checked if it worked, this whole experience couldve been avoided. Not to mention that some of the staff are very loud and annoying and do nothing but watch videos all day. All in all, this place has a lot of room for improvement and I hope it improves some day.

Their laptops are very expensive. but everything els on the shop excellent especially their DIY APPLIANCES and TOOLS good Price!!!!STAFF FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

I called them and asked if they had any secondhand Xbox One controllers.They said yes, so I asked for the price.They said the secondhand ones are priced R888, so I said Thats very expensive and they instantly hung up on me.You can get them brand new @ R939.I am giving them one star - not because their controllers are overpriced, but because they hung up on me.
