Brains restaurant is an awesome place to visit. Its a nice family restaurant. Has 2 sides to it. Nice dinning area as well as court yard dinning. And a huge big screen to watch your favourite sports. Food is awesome and is not expensive. Portions are great. I had an awesome experience. The staff are welcoming and friendly.

Great food with a beautiful atmosphere. Its a great place if your looking for very calm vibe ,but there is one thing that I feel can improve and that is the services. The food takes a bit long so I would recommend eating something small before you go and order food, but overall this is a great place to spend with friends especially when you want to play pool and have a few beers.

We had great food here in a friendly and relaxed environment. If you like sports, food and a drink, this is the place for you!They also have some large round tables capable of seating up to eight people, so you can take a small crowd.Its a great place to go to with some friends.

Great food which is well prepared. When you ask that your steak must be medium its medium not slightly well done. Nice family atmosphere.

Was really not impressed with the food. If I wanted a Checkers base for a pizza then I couldve just made it at home. The ribs were dry. The only food that was actually amazing was the fried chicken burger. The service was okay. The waitress was very friendly but didnt even know if there was a kiddies menu or not and instead of one kiddies pizza brought 2, we didnt order two. Very disappointed to say the least.

In a party of 6, called in for a beer and pizza..... service could use some improvement!.... not very active in the drinks department. Food order was 4 pizzas..... well it would have been quicker to head home and make your own!.... nothing wrong with the quality when they arrived.... but 40 minutes seems long when you are the only people in the place!

I was not impressed at all. I ordered pizza. It was a store bought base and then all the ingredients just thrown on top and not even put in the oven! And there was NO mozzarella! Its the first time Ive sent food back and told them not to bother with anything else! The steak my boyfriend ordered was cold and sinewy. The have have sauce options apart from tomato sauce. Service was poor.

Awful meal. Restaurant was empty, veg was worst i ever ate. Over sweet with the butternut pampoen and way to salty with the cabbage. Young waitress did not even ask why a full plate of veg was returned after dinner. Never gonna go there again

Service was... Appalling. Waited over half an hour for our drinks. Food was late and cold and inconsistent. Even the pool table was skew. The only good thing I can say about this place is at least their toilets were clean.

Was a cheap drink. Love the special they have. I recomend when you are in Oudtshoorn.

If youre looking for good service then Brians Grill isnt for you. I went there for a cup of coffee and I had to chase up everything just to get it. Also when paying I asked for the card machine and 20 min after asking (literally), I find out it wasnt working.

That was really not good. 1kg ribs...dry with no sauce. pizza base seem bought from a store frozen....kind of like you would expect a kiddies pizza at spur....the veggies with the ribs came with cabbage....it looked horrific....we didnt touch it....we grey see through in colour....friends of ours had to tell us what it was.

The experience I had was terrible. Service was slow, even though it was an incredibly quiet morning. After we requested to pay the bill, the waitress dissapeared from sight for 30mins. I had to continuously ask her for the bill as we had plans. Eventually she told me they had card machine problems. We then went to draw money. To pay for 2 cuppachinos. What was supppsed to be a 30 min coffee. Turned into a 2 hour wait. The coffee wasnt too great either. Not surprised their businesses isnt booming.
