Good place to stop for weary travelers. Service was good. And food was quickly prepared.

Your toilets is disgusting on the womens side. There is enough staff ro keep it clean. Unacceptable. Youre a restaurant, you work with and serve food.

The food is the same as any Wimpy restaurant. The atmosphere is always exciting because of many children here. This Wimpy has a jungle gym and game room to entertain the kids. The service are good sometimes, other times not so well. A good restaurant to bring the children too.

I ordered Soft eggs with my breakfast, but what did I get.? I picked the eggs up on the white and lifted them up without the yolk dripping off. I told the waitress this and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked off. I will never visit your shop again.

The couple of times Ive been, it has been various shades of VERY HARD to get someone to come give me a Menu, let alone take my Order.Food ok. Usual Fast Food deal. Coffee still an acceptable level of Luke-warm. But the use of Imitation Cream should be considered a War Crime.

For a change the service was good....and well ..breakfast is breakfast.....but served quickly and enjoyable. Staff friendly. Welcome back Wimpy. I stopped going there ages ago because of poor service.

Poor customer service!! Waited long before even being asked if I needed anything. After placing order waited long for order to be served & they even forgot to prepare our drinks. The place wasnt even busy at the time. Staff at takeaway counter has a bad attitude and requires customer service training.

Very noisy place, food was below-par and the cuppachino we ordered was awful, it had almost no coffee taste to it (same story 3 months ago). The waiter also forgot a juice that we ordered, but at least she was friendly.

Good food, great atmosphere. Dont know if this is an Oudtshoorn thing but, somehow waiters although friendly, seem to force it. Not really getting to the customer! Maybe its just my imagination!

We always stop here on our road trips. Play area great for the kids to stretch their legs, food is reliably tasty, and this branch has always had some odd the friendliest staff.

We visit the Wimpy at least once a week. Last week we had fantastic service and we really enjoy the new venue - next to Edgars.Yesterday we went to Wimpy for breakfast - what a difference - the service was pathetic, the toast was not even toasted, it was a limp piece of brown bread, we asked for medium eggs and got almost raw eggs. We ordered chips with the breakfast which we had to remind them to bring, because it did not come with the main breakfast. The bill was not presented to us and we had to go to the cashier to pay without the bill - so no sweeties either.Please, we understand that you are very busy, but you are going to have to jack up the service and your staff if you want to draw your clientele back again and again.

Bad service. You wait way way to long to be served and way to long for your food to get to you. Only go there for my kids to play.

Food took very long to prepare. When we recieved our food it was cold. The waiters complained that they were short staffed, and said that the owner does not want to get them extra help to serve the clients. Will with no doubt not stop here again.
