Best service! Really weird giving your order in Afrikaans but very good service lovit! Food is also fresh!

SUPER SLOW service at ordering.3 people behind counter, only 1 helping customers while having discussions with the other 3 and kitchen staff.Never seen anything like it, glad I am not the owner!!!

Alright for familier food but took long than necesarry to get the boxer meal ready and had to pull out of the drive through and park and still waited almost and hour. The cashier that saved me was a bit unfocused. Took my slip and could not find whete she placed it withing a few minutes.

While the food was satisfactory, the drive-through service leaves much to be desired. Several KFC drive through customers had to wait in the parking bay next to the franchise for their food. The very idea of a drive through service suggests that the customer receives their food and drives away. Customers shouldnt wait 100 meters away from the restaurant while waiting for a drive through order. Workers should also not walk 100 meters with hot food and beverages to serve strangers. We were all inconvenienced.

KFC is a winner most of the time when you hungry and you want to grab a bite to eat. Drive thru was quick and easy, staff is very polite and helpful. We got what we order and there was not many people, it could be because we were there on the late side of the evening. They adhere to covid regulations which is a plus for me as a customer, safety first.

Hi again, now if youve never been, Ill recommend you visit Oudtshoorn and as you enter Oudtshoorn youll end up popping into KFC Oudtshoorn.The staff are super 👌 friendly and the chow was warm and fresh.👌The drive through is really tight, I mean, its not really designed for SUVS.🤨The below part is for most KFC branches all over the 9-Provinces of South Africa, the cramped drive through, its kinda ridiculous. 🤔Hopefully someone dealing with the design and layout of most KFC drive throughs can consider creating more turning space so I dont have to damage my expensive rims.🤭If you agree please follow and give a thumbs-up.

When they are busy they are very slow, orders take long to come out.Dont go here if you are in a hurry.But over all friendly staff and good service.

Ordered 10 zinger wings. Were not hot(zinging) enough, under cooked with too much batter. Also ordered All in one, under cooked and too much batter as well. One coleslaw short. Usually chicken is awesome

This is the only KFC that will not give a breast and a center breast with a streetwise 2. The brown meat thigh drum and wing is far too oily for my liking so I never order it from KFC and always ask for a side and center.

This KFCs service used to be great. Went a couple of times there in the past week and my streetwise remix order was incomplete when we arrived home. Piece of chicken and chicken nugget was missing. One would expect that you get what you paid for... Was very disappointed.

Ordered an online order, had half the order not in stock, ordered 4 burgers and 2 ice-creams. After having to ask twice to get the ice-cream, they forgot about one burger? Absolutely terrible

Good service, good chicken the colonel delivered. Would have been a 5 star rating had it not been for the tiny drop of zinger sauce they gave. I really needed more and I paid for zinger sauce

Get in the car. KFC is never far. Enjoy a ride to the Tasty side. Even if you wait a while. It always ends with a smile. Grab a bag and your resistance will sag. KFC is awesome for me.

Yesterday I went to KFC drive threw 19:40. I went to the drive threw...they supposed to close at 20:00. As I was waiting for my order to been takin at the intercom, thesecurity cometo me and told me they are close, I tell him but it is not even 20:00 yet, he said they do not have any chicken left, out ofstock, i said but what about a burger, just pull up his shoulders and walk away saying the staff ask him to tell me that...

Its not all bad, I mean its KFC 💁🏾. But it kinda is my least favourite KFC so far. The meat is sometimes way more greasy than what is necessary. But they do make pretty good wraps and wings.Its located right on the Main Road and have a drive through, which I is great! Also, considering that it is the only food place with a drive through in town. Its great for when youre in a hurry.

It was ok but the waiting time was very long we counted and there were 10 staff on lunch at the same time

There was a security guard that did not do his job in dealing with inconsiderate customers playing booming music and drinking publicly in the drive through. The food was good though.
